Pentatonix singer Kirsten Maldonado named her daughter Elliana Violet in 2022, while "Counting On" star Jessa Duggar used the name as a middle name for her daughter, Fern Elliana, born in 2021. Eliana is the most popular spelling, but other variations include Alianna, Elianna, Ellianna, Elina and Elaina.
