As the 2025 American Music Awards get underway, 22-year-old Benson Boone took the stage to perform some of his top hits.
And as fans watched Boone performed his latest single, “Mystical Magical,” for the first time, they waited with bated breath to see if he would pull off his signature move.
Boone has become known for the acrobatics he often does while on stage. And during his AMA performance, Boone pulled off maybe his best flip to date.
Watch as Boone not only flips but does so over a set of 8 steps, landing directly in front of the audience cheering him on.
That’s pretty incredible and many people on X, formerly known as Twitter agreed.
“This man always upside down my god,” one fan wrote.
“Someone get him on the Olympic team,” another fan added.

“Mystical Magical” is the second single off of Boone’s soon-to-be album “American Heart,” set to be released June 20.
The singer is nominated for five American Music Awards including New Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, Favorite Music Video, Favorite Male Pop Artist, and Favorite Pop Song.
While walking the red carpet, Boone admitted he wasn’t aware of his five nominations until the morning on May 26.
Despite just learning of his nominations, he said he “is extremely honored” by the recognition, Entertainment Tonight reports.
