"There's this video going around on social media, and it's supposed to be my dad, but it's AI."
Jenna Dewan’s daughter is growing up a little too fast.
The 44-year-old actress and pro dancer shares one child — 12-year-old daughter Everly — with her former “Step Up” co-star Channing Tatum, whom she was married to from 2009 to 2018.
She also shares two younger children — Callum, 5, and Rhiannon, 1 — with fiancé Steve Kazee.

On July 9, Dewan took to her Instagram Stories to document a recent trip she took to National Harbor, Maryland with Everly, who was competing at the 2025 North American Irish Dance Championships.
In one of her Stories, Dewan posted a photo of the program from the event alongside a caption that read, “Dance mom mode: activated.”

“The dance mom nerves are real,” she wrote in a separate Story.
Dewan also posted photos and videos of her daughter warming up and getting ready to perform in her “stunning” dance outfit, which was designed by ID Costume Design.
“I’m fine,” she wrote in another Story, which showed her gazing up at the stage in awe of her daughter.
On July 10, Dewan returned to her Stories to post a video of the end of the competition.
“Never not proud of you Evie!! You wowed and danced amazing,” Dewan wrote, further clarifying that she wasn’t allowed to take a video during her daughter’s performance.

The mother-daughter duo had quite a busy week leading up to the competition.
In other photos and videos, Dewan and Everly are seen grabbing a snack at Auntie Anne’s and walking through the streets of New York City, where they watched the “Maybe Happy Ending” musical.
“We LOVED this show!! Worth all the hype,” she wrote over a photo of the musical’s marquee sign.

The pair also did some shopping, which led to a shocking realization.
“Somehow became the mom of a teenager overnight,” Dewan wrote alongside a photo of her holding a large pile of clothes while shopping.
Everly, who was born on May 31, 2013, according to People, won’t be a teenager for another 11 months.
Everly isn’t the only one following in Dewan’s footsteps
In a 2022 interview with People, Dewan revealed that her daughter fell in love with Irish dancing after she introduced her to the musical “Riverdance.”
"So I found this woman [at] Celtic Irish Dance Academy in Burbank. We were there last week and she loves it but it's hard," she said. "I'm so proud of her for keeping with it. She's picking it up real quick."
According to Dewan, her daughter has been “obsessed” with Irish legends, fairy tales, folklore and music “for her entire life.”
"I'm nervous that she'll fall out of love with it so I'm like, 'Yes, good, we're in a good place now,' " she added at the time.
Also in 2022, Dewan took Everly to see “her idols” Celtic Woman, an all-female Irish musical ensemble.
“I’m not sure she will ever recover,” she wrote on Instagram alongside photos and videos from the show.
“Evie has always loved everything Irish, especially the music and most recently Irish dancing…you have MADE this little girls early birthday dream come true!” she added.
But Everly isn’t the only one following in her mother’s footsteps.
In one of the videos shared to her Instagram Stories on July 9, Dewan’s youngest daughter — Rhiannon, who was born in 2024 — is seen dancing by herself in a pink outfit that read “Berry Sweet.”
