Vanessa Hudgens is keeping it real as a soon-to-be mom of two.
The 36-year-old “High School Musical” alum was joined by interior designer Bobby Berk as hosts of Narwal's End of Summer Soirée, also known as “At Home with Narwal,” in Los Angeles on Aug. 21.
While Narwal, a smart home cleaning technology company, was celebrating the release of its new flagship products, Hudgens took some time to open up about how motherhood is treating her so far.

“Being a mom is literally the most exhausting thing on the entire planet,” she said to E! News at the event, adding that she’s “very in love” with her current chapter.
As for what she has learned since becoming a mom, Hudgens said to “slow down and enjoy the moment.”
“It's so easy to focus on things in the future,” she told the outlet. “Say, ‘I'll be happy when,’ or, ‘Things will be easier when.’ But that's not what's important. What's important is the moment that is in front of you.”
The singer-actress confirmed the arrival of her first child — a son whose name has not been revealed — in July 2024 with professional baseball player Cole Tucker, according to Today.

A year later, on July 12, the couple, who have been married since December 2023, took to Instagram to announce their second pregnancy.

While talking to E! News on Aug. 21, Hudgens shared more relatable quotes about motherhood.
She credited Narwal’s smart cleaning technology for giving her “some time back to myself” — something she says she’s grateful for since welcoming her first child.
“So that when I put my little one down, I don't have to mop the floors. I can actually just enjoy my evening and throw on some Love Island,” she joked.
But when it comes to finding a balance as a soon-to-be mom of two, Hudgens resorted to honesty.
“Balance? I don’t know her,” she joked to E! News.
“Life is crazy and time is a really precious thing. I am a person of extremes—I'm all in doing one thing or another,” she continued. “So I guess that's balance, if you call extremes balance.”
Hudgens was sporting a cream-colored maxidress that highlighted her growing baby bump at Narwal’s flagship event, according to photos shared on Instagram.
She paired the dress with stacked rings and bold gold bangles, per the outlet.
Vanessa Hudgens’ husband, who last played in the MLB in 2024 and announced his retirement from baseball earlier this year, according to Sports Illustrated, wasn’t in attendance for Aug. 21’s event.
