Liam has been the No. 1 most popular boy’s name in the U.S. every year since 2017.
Social media is having a field day with Nara Smith’s unique and “crazy” baby name list.
The 23-year-old TikTok star is known for giving her children unique names, evidenced by her three kids — Rumble Honey, 4, Slim Easy, 3, and Whimsy Lou, 1 — whom she shares with husband Lucky Blue Smith.
On June 8, the couple announced that they’re expecting their fourth child together.

Less than one month later, Nara Smith took to social media to share a video of her listing some of the unique names she loves but won’t be using for her incoming child.
The first two names on that list? Moon Beam and Ice Cream.
Nara Smith went on to clarify that she was just joking before listing some equally-unique names.
For the boys, Nara Smith says she likes the names Moss, Goodie, Sundae, Champ, Silk and Dare.
“I feel like boy names are a little easier to come up with, but maybe that’s just me,” Nara Smith said in the clip after revealing that she’s currently six months pregnant.
As for girl names, Nara Smith said she likes Twinkle, Velvet, Button, Willowmere, Apple, Berry, Merit, Shimmer and Butter — the latter of which Lucky Blue Smith was not a fan of, per his wife.
Nara Smith’s baby name list is as unique as you think it is
Every year, the Social Security Administration (SSA) releases a list of all the baby names given to at least five baby boys and girls the previous year.
According to data from 2024, Nara Smith’s baby name list is as rare as it gets.
Moss, for example, was given to 15 baby boys in 2024, while Champ was given to 28 baby boys.
There was no record for Goodie, Silk and Dare, but names like Darell, Daren, Darey, Darek and Dareon were all used in 2024, according to the SSA.
Sundae, which Nara Smith liked as a boy name, was more popular for girls with seven recorded births.
Moving on to her girl name suggestions, Butter, Twinkle, Button, Willowmere and Shimmer all failed to crack the SSA’s annual list — meaning they were given to no more than four babies in 2024 (if that).
Velvet was given to 11 baby girls, Apple to five baby girls, Berry to six baby girls (and 10 baby boys) and Merit (also spelled Meritt) to 15 baby girls and 14 baby boys.
For reference, the most popular girls name in 2024 was Olivia with 14,718 recorded births. Likewise, the most popular boys name was Liam with 22,164 births.
Tiktok users can’t get over how ‘crazy’ Nara Smith’s baby names are
Towards the end of her viral video, Nara Smith admitted that it’s “getting harder to name children.”
Fans took to the comment section to joke about why.
“That's because you're only considering words and not names hope that helps,” one user wrote.
“She just pulling names from a grocery list,” another user commented.
“Her laughing at the first two and talking bout ‘just kidding’ then goes on to name equal crazy names,” a third fan wrote.
Some fans joked that she was naming an “Elf on the Shelf,” not a baby, and even likened her baby name list to character names from District 1 in “The Hunger Games.”
Others were quick to question what her kids will think when they grow up.
“I think people forget that babies grow up. Imagine being in a corporate job and your name is Button or Twinkle,” one fan pointed out.
“Nara, remember they won’t be babies forever and have to introduce themselves to co workers and bosses,” another fan commented.
