Alicia Silverstone celebrated the 30th anniversary of “Clueless” in the most perfect way.
The now-48-year-old actress, who was just 18 years old when she was cast as Cher Horowitz in the coming-of-age teen comedy, took to Instagram to recreate one of her most iconic lines from the film.
And it featured a very special cameo from her 14-year-old son Bear Blu.

In the video, Silverstone is walking towards the camera when her son steps into frame and puts his arm around her shoulder before being pushed away out of disgust.
She then mouths the words to her most iconic line: “Ew! Get off of me! Ugh! As if!”
“Entering Clueless’ 30th anniversary weekend like…” Silverstone wrote in text over the video.
For those who don’t remember the movie, “Clueless” was about a wealthy, popular and fashion-conscious high school student navigating the social scene of Beverly Hills.
It was released in July 1995 and was loosely based on Jane Austen's novel “Emma,” per IMDB.
For those who don’t remember the scene, Silverstone’s character was walking to school in a yellow plaid outfit when a random boy walked up beside her and threw his arm around her shoulder to flirt with her.
She immediately pushed him off before uttering the famous phrase.
For added reference, Silverstone’s character had previously expressed her dislike for high school boys, often calling them hormonal, impolite and immature, per the Charleston Gazette-Mail.

“I don't think he understands his Mom is the OG Baddie !!!! She led a whole generation,” one fan wrote in the comment section.
“Love this whole thing especially the mommy hug at the end,” another fan commented.
Some fans even went on to watch the film with their kids — 30 years after its release!
“I’m taking my kids to watch Clueless tonight at the Santa Cruz beach boardwalk! It’s their 1st time seeing it!” a third fan revealed.
Silverstone set to reprise her role in new ‘Clueless’ series
Silverstone shares her teenage son Bear with her ex-husband Christopher Jarecki, according to People.
The couple tied the knot in Lake Tahoe in June 2005 and welcomed their first and only son together in May 2011 before announcing their split in February 2018.
Silverstone filed for divorce three months later and it was finalized later that year, but their date of separation was listed as March 5, 2016.
“They still deeply love and respect each other and remain very close friends but have mutually decided to separate after being together for 20 years,” Silverstone shared in a statement at the time, per People.
While she has tried dating in the years since, per The Daily Mail, Silverstone has her eyes on something else — and it has nothing to do with a man.
In April, Variety reported that Silverstone is set to reprise her role as Cher Horowitz in a new “Clueless” sequel series at Peacock.
Not much has been released about the series, but Variety did confirm that it would be a follow-up to the original film released in 1995.
It, of course, isn’t the first time Silverstone has brought back her beloved character.
In 2023, Silverstone was featured in a “Clueless”-themed Super Bowl ad for Rakuten that saw the actress, in Cher's yellow plaid outfit, recreate some of the film’s most precious scenes.
While talking to Variety about the ad, Silverstone described it as the perfect collaboration.
“When I think about Cher and about how she’s film’s most historic shopaholic, the idea that she would be able to use this app is the greatest hack ever, getting cash back on all your shopping,” she told Variety.
“I feel like she would want everyone to know that,” Silverstone added.

A release date for the new series has yet to be announced, but the series is “in development,” as of April 17, according to Variety.
