Just like that, another Father’s Day has come and gone.
Celebrated on the third Sunday in June, Father’s Day is an opportunity to show appreciation for all the fathers and father figures who go above and beyond to provide for and support their children.
The special holiday landed on June 15 this year — and celebrities weren’t shy about it on Instagram.

Reality star Savannah Chrisley posted a video with her father, Todd Chrisley, two weeks after he was released from prison, while Oprah Winfrey and Diplo also shared photos of their fathers.
Jennifer Garner shouted out her father — as well as her ex-husband, Ben Affleck.
We also saw Father’s Day posts for Prince Harry (via Meghan Markle), Prince William (from his three kids with Kate Middleton) and King Charles (via the Royal Family’s official Instagram account).
And let’s not forget about all the celebrities celebrating Father’s Day for the first time this year.
That list includes Justin Bieber, Milo Ventimiglia, Shohei Ohtani, Henry Cavill, Max Verstappen, Logan Paul, Aaron Judge and Ed Westwick — some of whom marked the occasion on social media.
With that said, here are some of the most prominent Father’s Day posts from celebrities this year!
Gwen Stefani
Gwen Stefani shared a slew of images of her family on Instagram for Father’s Day.
The slide included photos of her, her husband Blake Shelton, her three sons — Kingston, 19, Zuma, 16, and Apollo, 11 (whom she shares with musician Gavin Rossdale), and her parents, Patti and Dennis.
“happy Father’s day Dad and @blakeshelton!! we love u so much,” Stefani wrote in the caption.
In an April interview with People, Shelton talked about how being a stepfather has changed him “in every possible way” and how he had to learn “quickly” about the nuances of being a stepfather.
Nikki Garcia
Nikki Garcia celebrated her father, Jon Garcia, for Father’s Day 2025.
The WWE Hall of Famer shared a carousel of photos of her and her father alongside a lengthy caption where she talked openly about what Father’s Day means for her and her family this time around.
“Today is a special day and can be a very sad day for some,” she wrote. “Whether it’s a loss of a family member or family being torn apart. My heart goes out to the families that don’t get to be together today.”
Michelle Obama
Michelle Obama shared a vintage photo of her, her husband and their two kids.
The former First Lady shares two daughters — Malia, 26, and Sasha, 23 — with former President Barack Obama. The couple have been married since 1992 and started raising a family in 1998.
“I love looking back at photos like this of when our girls were younger,” Michelle Obama wrote in the caption.
“(Barack Obama) has always been there for us no matter what — even when it felt like the weight of the world was on his shoulders. We’ve always been so grateful,” she added.
David Beckham
David Beckham says being a father is his “favorite” and “most important” job.
The 50-year-old former soccer star shares four children — Brooklyn, 26, Romeo, 22, Cruz, 20, and Harper, 13 — with his wife, Victoria Beckham.
“My most important & favourite job in life is being a dad... I'm so proud of all of you and like daddy ( sorry boys ) tells you every single day I will always be here for you no matter what,” he wrote on Instagram.
“Love you always,” Romeo Beckham wrote in the comment section, while Cruz added, “You mean the world to us and inspire us every single day dad I love you.”
Diplo
Diplo described himself as his “father’s son” this Father’s Day.
The 46-year-old Grammy-winning DJ and producer took to Instagram to share a photo of him hugging his father while calling fatherhood the “most important job in the world” in the caption.
The post also included snaps of Diplo with his three kids, two of whom — sons Lockett and Lazer — he shares with ex-girlfriend Kathryn Lockhart.
He also shares a third son, Pace, with model Jevon King.
Savannah Chrisley
Savannah Chrisley says Father’s Day looks “a little different” this year.
The 27-year-old “Chrisley Knows Best” star and host of the “Unlocked” podcast shared a video of her giving her father, Todd Chrisley, a hug after being released from jail two weeks ago.
“Father’s Day looks a little different these days 🥹😭 I sure do love you daddy!! God is good!!” she wrote in the caption.
Todd Chrisley and his wife, Julie Chrisley, spent more than two years in prison after being found guilty of bank and tax fraud in 2022. The couple were released May 28.
Jennifer Garner
Jennifer Garner dedicated her Father’s Day to the two fathers in her life.
The 53-year-old “Elektra” actress first shared a video of her walking around her farm with her father, William John Garner. In the caption, she described her dad as someone “who loves being a dad.”
“Being fathered by someone who loves being a dad is a gift; my sisters and I know this love and (lucky for us) all of our kids do, too,” she wrote in the caption.

Garner also took to her Instagram Stories to share a photo of her ex-husband, Ben Affleck, holding one of their then-newborn babies on his chest.
“Happy Father’s Day to 3 people’s favorite landing spot,” she wrote in a text overlay, referring to their three kids — Violet Anne, 19, Seraphina Rose, 16, and Samuel, 13.
Rumer Willis
Rumer Willis opened up about why this Father’s Day is so “hard” for her.
The 36-year-old actress and eldest daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore shared a series of photos of her and her father alongside an emotional caption.
“Today is hard, I feel a deep ache in my chest to talk to you and tell you everything I’m doing and what’s going on in my life,” she wrote in the caption.
“But I know you wouldn’t want me to be sad today so I’ll try to just be grateful reminding myself how lucky I am that you’re my dad and that you’re still with me and I can still hold you and hug you,” she added.
Bruce Willis was diagnosed with aphasia in 2022 and frontotemporal dementia, or FTD, in 2023.
Emma Heming Willis
Emma Heming Willis dedicated Father’s Day to all the dads living with disability or disease.
“What Bruce teaches our girls goes far beyond words. Resilience, unconditional love, and the quiet strength in simply being present,” she wrote in the caption, referring to her husband, Bruce Willis.
The couple, who have been married since 2009, share two daughters — Mabel, born in 2012, and Evelyn, born in 2014 — together. He also has three other daughters with his ex-wife Demi Moore.
“I’m profoundly sad today. I wish, with every cell in my body, that things could be different for him and lighter for our family,” Heming Willis added in the caption.
Meghan Markle
Meghan Markle shared some rare footage of her family on Instagram Sunday.
The 43-year-old Duchess of Sussex shares son Prince Archie, 6, and daughter Princess Lilibet, 4, with her husband, Prince Harry, whom she has been married to since 2018.
“The best. Happy Father’s Day to our favorite guy,” Markle wrote in the caption.
The video collage included clips of Prince Harry playing, running around, holding and laughing with his two children. One of the clips showed Harry and Archie feeding a horse a carrot.
Justin Timberlake
Justin Timberlake described fatherhood as the “biggest reward” in his life.
The 44-year-old singer-songwriter shares two sons — Silas, 10, and Phineas, 4 — with his wife, actress Jessica Biel, whom he has been married to since 2012.
“There’s no bigger reward or responsibility that I have ever felt in my life above being a father. To teach and to learn at the same time… I feel beyond blessed,” Timberlake wrote in his caption.
The post included three snaps of him hugging his older son with his younger son in his arms.
“I see myself more and more clearly in every moment I have with my sons, watching who they continue to become. You can’t put a price tag on that type of generational wealth!” Timberlake added.
The Royal Family
Father’s Day was a royal affair beyond Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
The royal family’s official Instagram account marked the holiday with two rare photos, including one that showed a then-toddler King Charles III being pushed on a swing by his father, Prince Philip.
“To all Dads everywhere, we wish you a happy Father’s Day today,” the royal family wrote in the caption.
The second photo showed King Charles’ wife, Queen Camilla, posing next to her father, Major Bruce Shand.
Prince William
Prince William saw his formal photo turn into a group hug.
In the first photo, the 42-year-old Prince of Wales had his arms around his three kids — Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 10, and Prince Louis, 7 — whom he shares with Kate Middleton.
“Happy Father’s Day, Papa (before and after!) We love you! G, C & L,” the caption read, while giving photo credit to Josh Shinner.
In the second photo, the three kids appear to tackle Prince William for a group hug on the ground.
Oprah Winfrey
Oprah Winfrey is reflecting on her relationship with her father, Vernon Winfrey.
The 71-year-old talk show host shared a photo of the father-daughter duo on Instagram to promote an essay she wrote about their relationship, which was published on her Oprah Daily website.
“My father is the root of all my successes. Personal. Physical. Financial. Because he understood intrinsically that fathering is a verb. It requires action,” she wrote in the essay.
Vernon Winfrey, who died in 2022, served as a member of Nashville's Metro City Council for 16 years and was a trustee for the Tennessee State University, per NPR.
Ivanka Trump
Ivanka Trump honored the two fathers who helped shape who she is today.
She first praised her father, President Donald Trump, for his “unwavering determination, boundless vision, and deep love for family,” and for teaching her to “dream boldly, work relentlessly, and never give up.”
She then thanked her husband, Jared Kushner, for fathering their children “with patience, strength, wisdom and so much heart,” and for being their family’s “rock, their compass, and their greatest gift.”
Ivanka Trump and Kushner share three children — Arabella Rose, 13, Joseph Frederick, 10, and Theodore James, 8 — together.
Hoda Kotb
Hoda Kotb spent her father’s day with her ex-fiancé and their two daughters.
The 60-year-old former “Today” show host shared a photo of her two adopted daughters — Haley Jo, 8, and Hope Catherine, 5 — receiving a hug from their father, Joel Schiffman.
“A great father’s day for a great dad ! Happy father’s day Joel!” Kotb wrote in the caption.
Kotb and Schiffman began dating in 2013, went public with their relationship in 2015 and got engaged in 2019 before calling off their engagement in 2022.
Jill Duggar Dillard
Jill Duggar Dillard wished her husband and father a Happy Father’s Day this year.
The 34-year-old “19 Kids and Counting” and “Counting On” star shared a lengthy caption on Instagram alongside a slew of photos of her, her husband, Derick Dillard, and their three children.
“Watching you with our kids melts my heart and reminds me how blessed I am to get to do life with you by my side!” she said of her husband, whom she has been married to since 2014.
The couple share three sons — Israel, 9, Samuel, 7, and Frederick, 2 — together.
“And happy Father’s Day to my own dad @duggarfam who always made time for us kids and kept things exciting and adventurous growing up,” she wrote of her own father, Jim Bob Duggar.
Meredith Gaudreau
Meredith Gaudreau penned an emotional essay about her late husband and brother-in-law.
“Happy first Father’s Day as a father of three!” she wrote to her husband, Johnny Gaudreau, whom she shares three children — daughter Noa and sons Johnny Jr. and Carter — with.
The couple were married from September 2021 until Johnny Gaudreau’s tragic death in August 2024, when he was killed by a drunk driver while riding a bicycle. His brother, Matthew, was also killed.
“Thank you for the very best years of my life. Thank you for making us a family. Thank you for being my best friend, my favorite person, the man of my dreams,” she added.
Kourtney Kardashian
Kourtney Kardashian was grateful for her blended family this Father’s Day.
The 46-year-old reality TV star shares three children — sons Mason, 15, and Reign, 10, and daughter Penelope, 12 — with her ex Scott Disick and a 19-month-old son Rocky Thirteen with Travis Barker.
“Happy Father’s Day to the man who loves with his whole heart — for our baby, for my three, for his three… for our seven,” she wrote of Barker.
“This wild, beautiful blended life wouldn’t be the same without you,” she added.
In addition to their lone baby (and Kourtney Kardashian’s three other kids), Barker is a dad to son Landon, daughter Alabama and stepdaughter Atiana, whom he shares with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
Brittany Mahomes
Brittany Mahomes described her husband as her family’s “rock.”
The 29-year-old wife of Kansas City Chiefs’ quarterback Patrick Mahomes took to Instagram to share a series of photos of her newly-minted family of five on Father’s Day.
“The most incredible, loyal most fun dad everrrrrr! The way you love us is unmatched! You never let a day go by without letting these kids know how special they are!” she wrote in the caption.
The Father’s Day tribute came just three days after the superstar couple shared a look at their newest daughter’s face for the first time. Their third child, Golden Raye, was born Jan. 12.
The couple also share daughter Sterling Skye, 4, and son Patrick "Bronze" Lavon III, 2.
