“I'm just asking him (God) why right now. It’s little kids.”
Chris Martin is redeeming himself after his jumbotron unearthed a major cheating scandal.
The 48-year-old singer, best known as the frontman of the British band Coldplay, was performing at a concert at Wembley Stadium in London on Aug. 22 when the time came to uphold his now-viral tradition.
But unlike last month’s Coldplay concert, Martin now knows to begin that tradition with a subtle warning.

“My brother, I need you to nod as I do some very basic security checks, okay?” Martin says as his jumbotron zeroes in on a couple in the stands, per a video shared by E! News.
The man was holding a sign that read, “I want to propose,” with an arrow pointing to his girlfriend.

“Is this person your partner? Yes? No one else’s partner?” Martin asks as the man nods his head yes.
“Are you cousins or siblings or anything weird like that?” Martin continues, to which the man nods no.
Martin then asks if the couple are “real people” or if they’re made from artificial intelligence before continuing with his bit — which included a made-up song while he played guitar.
“Well listen, my beautiful brother, here is some advice for free,” Martin sings. “As we all look on and see you go down, I advise you to get down on one knee."
As the crowd cheers the couple on, the man gets down on one knee and proposes to his girlfriend — and she said “Yes” before giving her now-fiancé a big kiss on the lips.
“Congratulations, my brother and my sister," Martin continued to sing.
"What a beautiful girl. What a wonderful guy. On a day like this, I encourage you to kiss. I hope you’re happy until the day that you die,” he concluded.
The moment was captured in a fan’s video, which was uploaded to YouTube by Tony Martin on Aug. 23.
Chris Martin’s jumbotron doesn’t always come with a happy ending
Martin’s latest viral moment comes just one month after his jumbotron accidentally uncovered a cheating scandal.
During a July 16 Coldplay concert at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, Martin was interacting with fans when his jumbotron landed on a man with his arms wrapped around a woman.
The two appeared to be a couple — until they noticed they were on screen.

The woman quickly covered her face and ran to the side while the man ducked out of frame — leading Martin to joke into the mic that they’re either “having an affair or just very shy.”
Once the fan-recorded video went viral, the world learned that it was the former — not the latter.
The man in question was Andy Byron, the CEO of tech company Astronomer, and the woman was Kristin Cabot, the company's HR chief, per the Associated Press.
Both Byron and Cabot were married, but not to each other.
Over the next few days, the Astronomer CEO and his employee resigned from their positions with the company, according to Fox News.
Martin’s jumbotron has since gone viral on multiple occasions as he poked fun at the incident — and it has even been spoofed on jumbotrons across the world, including sports events and other concerts.
