"What do we got?"
The Swindell family is now a family of three.
On Saturday, August 9, country music star Cole Swindell took to Instagram to make a special announcement. He and his wife, Courtney Swindell, are officially parents.
The proud new mom and dad revealed that their daughter, Rainey Gail Swindell, was born on August 7. “Our greatest blessing,” the country music star wrote in the caption alongside a photo of their adorable baby girl.
Fellow country music star, Lauren Alaina, who also welcomed a daughter into the world this summer commented on the Instagram post, writing, “An absolutely angel. Beni can’t wait to be her bestie.”
Alaina’s daughter, Beni Doll Arnold was born on June 11, weighing 7 pounds 13 ounces and 19 inches long.
“I’m not sure she could be any more beautiful,” country music legend Randy Travis added. “Now you know there are angels on earth. We love y’all. God bless and keep your sweet family…Forever and Ever.”

Cole and Courtney, a former NBA dancer, wed a little more than a year ago on June 12, 2024.
Nine month after saying “I do,” the Swindells announced they were growing their family by one in March. Just a week later, Courtney shared a video of herself and Cole hanging a pink onesie on a close line.
In a pervious interview with People, Cole revealed that his and Courtney’s first date was on the set of his music video for his song “Some Habits” in which Courtney starred in.
"That was kind of like our first date," he previously told PEOPLE. "Pretending like you're in a relationship on camera — that was pretty awkward. That was the first time we really got a chance to hang. We went out after we shot the video, and we've been together ever since."
However, they initially met at a NASCAR event years before the filming the music video, Cole told Bobby Bones.
"You know, I’m a big NASCAR fan, and she works with Monster. We just kind of met and exchanged numbers and kept in touch over the years — but it never was anything, just kind of friends. Randomly saw her here and there, but the video kind of changed everything,” he said at the time.
