Ansel Elgort is best known for his roles in “The Fault in Our Stars” and “Baby Driver.”
Vice President JD Vance and his wife, Usha Vance, are expecting their fourth child, the couple announced on January 20. The baby, a boy, is due in July.
“We’re very happy to share some exciting news. Our family is growing!” Usha Vance wrote in a post on X.
The couple also shared the announcement on Instagram, saying, “Usha and the baby are doing well, and we are all looking forward to welcoming him in late July.”
The Vances expressed gratitude for the support they’ve received during this busy time. “We are particularly thankful for the military doctors who take excellent care of our family and for the staff members who help ensure that we can serve the country while enjoying a wonderful life with our children,” they said.
JD and Usha Vance met while attending Yale Law School and married in 2014. They are already parents to three children: Ewan, 8; Vivek, 5; and Mirabel, 4.
At 40, Usha Vance becomes the first spouse of a sitting vice president to be pregnant while her husband is in office.
Throughout his political career, JD Vance has often spoken about the importance of raising children. “Let me say very simply: I want more babies in the United States of America,” he said at the 2025 March for Life.
“I want more happy children in our country, and I want beautiful young men and women who are eager to welcome them into the world and eager to raise them.”
