“Last week, my stepson/oldest son Brandon Blackstock went home to be with God.”
Jenni “JWoww” Farley and Snooki have come a long way from their “Jersey Shore” days.
The MTV series, which aired from 2009 to 2012, per IMDB, documented the two co-stars’ (and their housemates’) crazy party life as they spent their summers in a vacation home together.
Now more than a decade later, Farley and Snooki are parents — and their daughters are best friends.

"Our daughters are one month apart, it's crazy! They are 11 and crazy, so when it comes to preteen daughters, we're nonstop texting,” Farley said in an interview with OK! Magazine, published Aug. 7.
Farley shares two kids — daughter Meilani, 11, and son Greyson, 9 — with ex Roger Matthews, according to People.
Meanwhile, Snooki, born Nicole Polizzi, shares three kids — sons Lorenzo, 11, and Angelo, 6, and daughter Giovanna, 10 — with husband Jionni LaValle, per People.
Meilani was born on July 13, 2014, while Giovanna arrived on Sept. 26 that same year.
“With our girls, it's very emotional. We're always leaning on each other to figure out what to do or how to do it," Farley told OK! Magazine.
Farley went on to explain how Snooki is an “aunt” figure to Meilani, while Giovanna is like a “cousin.”
“That’s family,” she said in the interview. “We're able to have this dynamic where they're so close.”
“It makes us closer and almost guilty if we don't hang out because we're like, 'The girls haven't seen each other. We need to get together, it's unfair to them,'" she added.
JWoww says new ‘Jersey Shore’ show makes it easier to see each other
As the original “Jersey Shore” was coming to an end, Snooki and Farley co-starred in their own show.
“Snooki & JWoww” premiered on MTV in June 2012, according to IMDB. The “Jersey Shore” spin-off ran for four seasons before coming to an end in February 2015.
The two have since starred in “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation,” which premiered on April 5, 2018 on MTV, per IMDB, and is currently in its eighth season, which began on May 29.
In her interview with OK! Magazine, Farley credited the reality series for bringing their families closer together.
"It makes us more accessible to each other," she said. "We know these dates are cleared for us, and it's our time, our kids' time, and we're really able to make sure we're present with each other.”
While the two moms do plan playdates at their respective houses, Farley says sports often get in the way.
