Fans shocked by POV video of Justin Bieber’s run-ins with paparazzi

Ryan Brennan04/26/25

Justin Bieber has had enough of the paparazzi.

The 31-year-old “Love Yourself” singer took to his Instagram April 24 to share a POV video of what it’s like walking to his vehicle as members of the paparazzi attempt to snag a photo of him.

“Look at these guys, man,” Justin Bieber can be heard mumbling in the video as dozens of flashes go off.

Justin Bieber’s bodyguards are seen flashing a light into the photographers’ cameras to restrict their ability to get a good photo. “Guys, can you back up please?” one of the bodyguards says.

“This has to stop,” Justin Bieber wrote in the caption of the video.

Many fans in the comment section were surprised to see the scene from Justin Bieber’s perspective.

“Dang I think this is the first celeb pov of paparazzi we’ve gotten… really does show the perspective,” one fan commented.

Another fan wrote, “To think this has been happening to you since you were 13 is just absolutely insane.”

Justin Bieber then posted the video to his Instagram Stories, writing “SMH” in an overlay text, before issuing a response to those telling him to move out of Los Angeles.

“U think I’m gonna get bullied to leave where my influence is most needed?” Justin Bieber wrote in a separate post, uploaded several hours after his initial video, after comments encouraged him to leave Los Angeles.

“How can we make a change if we run away from the darkness? I too have been caught up in the transactional nature of Hollywood. It’s embarrassing,” he continued.

Justin Bieber went on to write that he wants “nothing to do” with that scene as a “grown adult with a wife and son.”

Justin Bieber shares an 8-month-old son named Jack Blues, born in August, with his wife Hailey Bieber.

“I just want to be submerged in the culture learning from any and everyone. And be a proponent and advocate for LOVE AND EQUALITY,” he added.

Justin Bieber has been open about his desire for privacy in the past and is known for having run-ins with the paparazzi — but his latest plea comes as rumors swirl about his mental health and marriage.

Despite the noise, the couple remain a united front and continue to support one another as husband and wife.

On April 24, Justin Bieber took to his Instagram Stories to discuss the many rumors about him.

"My instinct is to be like, 'I wouldn't gossip and spread lies about someone on the internet,'" he wrote, per E! News

"Honestly if I was u, it would be hard not to be jealous of me and Hailey going brazzzzyy," he added. "It's really up for us and that's understandable why people can't stand it."
