On Saturday, July 5, Ozzy Osbourne said goodbye to the stage with his final Black Sabbath performance.
But Ozzy Osbourne’s retirement wasn’t the only thing the Osbourne family celebrated yesterday.

On Sunday, July 6, Ozzy Osbourne’s daughter, Kelly Osbourne took to Instagram to share a video from backstage at the farewell concert. “Oh and this happened yesterday!” Kelly captioned the video which showed her longtime boyfriend, Sid Wilson, a band member of Slipknot, proposing to her.
The video shows Kelly Osbourne’s mom, Sharon Osbourne sitting next to Ozzy Osbourne as she encourages others to be quiet. Wilson then hands off their 2-year-old son, Sidney, to Kelly Osbourne’s brother, Jack Osbourne, before he grabs her hand.
“Kelly, you know I love you more than anything in the world,” Wilson says, before Ozzy Osbourne interrupts, yelling, “No, you’re not marrying my daughter.” The group, including Kelly Osbourne, erupts into laughter before Wilson continues.

“Nothing would make me happier than to spend the rest of my life with you,” Wilson added as he’s seen taking a ring box out of his bag and a stunned Kelly Osbourne’s mouth drops open.
“In front of your family and all of our friends; Kelly, will you marry me?” Wilson asked as he got down on one knee.
Kelly quickly shook her head yes as she put her hands over her mouth. After Wilson slipped the ring onto her finer, Kelly quickly embraced her new fiancé as their family and friends cheered.
Ozzy Osbourne, despite his earlier joke, had a big smile on his face, seemingly approving of the union.
In the comment section, friends and fans shared their congratulations with the happy couple.
“OMG OMG OMG !!!!!!!!! Congrats !!!!!! What a few weeks !!! Love you !!! So excited for you guys,” one comment read.
“Oh my gosh Kell!!!!!! I’m so happy for you guys,” another added.
A few hours prior to sharing the video of her engagement, Kelly Osbourne celebrated her father in an earlier post.
“To say that yesterday was magic was an understatement,” Kelly captioned a handful of photos from her father’s farewell event. “I can’t even (write) this without tears streaming down my face! Thank you to everyone who came to support my dad. Thank you to the fans who without we are nothing! My dad got his moment in the sun! He was able to say thank you and good bye in the most beautiful way!”
