“Please do not do that to me,” she wrote.
If you’ve ever declined a glass of wine at a party and watched someone’s eyes drift straight to your stomach, Kylie Kelce has a message for you — well, for the person doing the staring.
The mom of four brought back her fan-favorite “You know what’s f***ed up?” segment on the Not Gonna Lie podcast, and this time she took aim at a topic that will have you nodding along from the very first sentence.
About four minutes into the March 5 episode, Kelce got right into it.
“Hey, you know what’s f***ed up? Assuming a woman is pregnant or trying to get pregnant when she simply declines a drink,” she said.

After a sarcastic laugh, she revealed this happens to her “all the time.” Regular listeners probably aren’t shocked. Kelce has been upfront about not being much of a drinker.
“I’ve been on record multiple times informing the real ones that I do, in fact, not usually drink,” she explained.
She shared that she doesn’t really like alcohol all that much and would rather enjoy a glass of water, iced tea or “a crispy Coke.”
Anyone who’s ever been perfectly content with a non-alcoholic option and still gotten that knowing look from across the room felt this one.
Why Saying It Out Loud Makes It So Much Worse
Kelce took her point further. Making the assumption quietly is one thing. Voicing it? That crosses a line.
“Worse than that is commenting to her face in response to her declining a beverage,” she added.
She recalled being offered a beverage recently that she declined, only to have the person ask her if she was pregnant. Kelce said she “can brush it off pretty fast,” but would rather not have to field the question at all.
Then she got into the real reason this kind of comment stings — and why it goes way beyond an awkward exchange.

“But let’s not do that because we’ve said it so many times on this show — you never know what someone is going through, what they have gone through previously, what stage they are at in their journey, if they are building a family,” she explained.
“In other words, they could be trying and you could be bringing something up that’s not really good,” she continued. “Or even weirder… You could be saying it to someone who has actively chosen to not have kids, which is also none of your business.”
She also addressed specific situations where the question is uncalled for.
“Some people could have had a loss. Some people could be actively in IVF treatments. Some people could have a diagnosis that could make it physically not possible for them to have kids even though they would like to. Some people might have an addiction to alcohol and be in recovery. Some people might just not like the taste,” she explained.
“You’re Making It Weird”
Kelce went on to address what happens after someone drops the pregnancy question — whether it’s prompted by a declined drink or because they think someone “look like” they might be pregnant.
The woman on the receiving end then feels a need to respond when she shouldn’t have to.
“You’re making it weird,” she said. “And you’ve put us both in this situation now. And that’s not fun for anyone.”

She shared a personal example from earlier in her marriage to Jason Kelce. People would frequently ask “are you trying?” when she and Jason first got married. Her response was classic Kylie: “we practice a lot.”
“Now it’s weird for both of us. Why do you need to know that? That’s between me and my husband,” she said.
Kelce wrapped up the segment with some practical options for anyone who offers someone a drink and gets a “no thanks.”
“Offer her something else to drink and then move on. Or don’t offer her something else to drink and move on. Another option, mind your business,” she said.
The podcaster shares four daughters — Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 5, Bennett, 3, and Finnley, 1 — with husband Jason Kelce, whom she has been married to since 2018, according to TODAY.
