“I use every bone in my body not to be googly-eyed over her and not kiss her and jump her bones all the time.”
Lo Bosworth is officially a mom. The Laguna Beach and The Hills alum announced the arrival of her first child, a baby girl named Nelle, sharing the joyful news with fans.
“Our girl Nelle is here,” Bosworth wrote alongside the birth announcement. “She decided to surprise us by arriving two weeks early, but truly, she came exactly when she was meant to. Our tiny girl is named after her Oma and is already so deeply loved.”
Friends and former castmates quickly flooded the comments with congratulations, including longtime friend and Laguna Beach costar Lauren Conrad. “Welcome to the world, sweet girl!! So happy for you you guys 🤍,” Conrad wrote.
Another Laguna Beach alum, Morgan Smith wrote, “She is perfection! Over the moon for your beautiful family 🤍.”
Bosworth and husband Dom Natale exchanged vows on July 20, 2025 in an intimate ceremony held at her family’s home in Laguna Beach. At the time, Bosworth was four months pregnant—a milestone the couple hadn’t initially planned for when they began organizing their wedding.
The pair originally envisioned a large celebration in New York City, but shifted plans after beginning their fertility journey, opting instead for a smaller, more personal gathering with close family.
“We wanted our wedding to reflect where we were in our lives,” Bosworth previously shared. “Something relaxed, meaningful, and comfortable—where we could really be present.”
For the ceremony, Bosworth wore a custom gown designed by Hailey Desjardins, created with the help of her stylist and close friend, Thomas Carter Phillips. With her pregnancy progressing and her body changing, finding the right dress became a last-minute challenge.
“When we picked our July date, we didn’t know if IVF would be successful,” Bosworth explained. “I bought dresses early, hoping one would work. But three weeks before the wedding, nothing fit.”
Already more than three months pregnant and navigating weight changes from fertility medications, Bosworth opted for a classic silhouette designed to highlight her baby bump.
The finished dress arrived the night before she left for the wedding. Bosworth styled her own hair and makeup, choosing soft waves and a natural make up look for the day.
The road to parenthood was not an easy one for Bosworth and her husband. She has been open about her struggles with endometriosis and previously underwent surgery related to the condition, which significantly impacted her fertility.
Not long after her procedure, Dom was recovering from double-jaw surgery, and the couple leaned on each other during a demanding period of healing.
Together, they decided to move forward with IVF which was a journey Bosworth has candidly shared with fans in hopes of helping others feel less alone.
Now, with baby Nelle in their arms, the couple is celebrating a long-awaited new chapter, one that Bosworth says feels perfectly timed after everything they’ve been through.
