According to a death certificate obtained by The New York Times, Ozzy Osbourne’s cause of death has been made public.
As the death certificate reports, according to The New York Times, Ozzy Osbourne died of "out of hospital cardiac arrest" and "acute myocardial infarction.” Coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease with autonomic dysfunction were listed as "joint causes."

Osbourne died on July 22. He was 76 years old.
His family laid him to rest on July 30 in his hometown of Birmingham, England. Ozzy Osbourne’s casket was paraded through the town as fans lined the streets.
His wife, Sharon Osbourne and several of his children, also greeted fellow mourners.
On Monday, Aug. 4, Kelly Osbourne took to Instagram to share her first statement since her father’s death.
“I’ve sat down to write this a hundred times,” Kelly Osbourne began her statement, “and still don’t know if the world will ever feel like enough. But from the bottom of my heart, thank you.”
Kelly Osbourne continued, saying “the love, support, and beautiful messages” she’s received from fans “have truly helped carry me through the hardest moment of my life.”
“Every kind word, every shared memory, every bit of compassion has meant more than I can ever explain,” she wrote, noting that “grief is a strange thing,” she continued, writing that it “sneaks up on you in waves.”
“I will not be ok for a while, but knowing my family are not alone in our pain makes a difference. I’m holding on tight to the love, the light, and the legacy left behind.”

“Thank you for being there,” she concluded her statement, which she set to her dad’s song, “See You on the Other Side.” “I love you all so much.”
In addition to Kelly Osbourne, Ozzy Osbourne is also a father to Jack Osbourne, Aimee Osbourne, Louis Osbourne, Elliot Kingsley and Jessica Osbourne.
