Anthony Reyes allegedly wanted to marry Kai Trump and talk to President Trump about the gospel.
Ryan Phillippe summed up filming with his son in one word: “Odd.”
The 50-year-old “Cruel Intentions” actor shares two kids — daughter Ava Elizabeth, 25, and son Deacon Reese, 21 — with his ex-wife and former co-star Reese Witherspoon.
He’s also a dad to a 13-year-old daughter, Kai, whom he shares with ex-girlfriend Alexis Knapp.

During an appearance on “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” which aired Monday, June 2, Phillippe detailed what it was like working alongside his son Deacon in his new show “Motorheads,” released May 20.
In the show, Deacon was cast as Phillippe’s younger brother.
"The producer and the showrunner had this idea of casting him in this role, that takes place in flashbacks, of being my younger brother,” Phillippe explains to host Kelly Clarkson.
“And one of the most interesting things about that was that we had to spend time with the showrunner, the head writer, talking about what our childhood was like growing up together as brothers,” he added.
Phillippe admitted that it was “odd,” but ultimately described the experience as a “blessing.”
"It was so cool to have him come in and out, because you're on location in Toronto for months and months at a time and you don't get to see family or the kids so much,” Phillippe explained.
“So every time he came into work it was such a blessing and so cool to have that shared experience with him,” he added.
This, of course, wasn’t Deacon’s first time in front of the camera.
The 21-year-old, who is also a budding musician and singer, appeared in two episodes of Netflix’s “Never Have I Ever” in 2022. He has also released several music videos, including “FOUND ME” and “TALK.”
But Deacon’s recent acting role with his father did expose him to new territory.
“I got to be there for him during his first night shoot,” Phillippe revealed, “where we’re filming until three or four in the morning.”
“And to see the poor guy, he is 21, but to see him get so tired at 2:30 in the morning was like, ‘Yeah, I’ve been doing this for 30 years,’” he added.
Phillippe calls out his son for having “expensive” taste
Phillippe has always been open about the close relationship he shares with his son.
In a 2021 interview with People, Phillippe described Deacon as his “best friend” and revealed that the father-son duo often bond over working out and music.
"We'll do the same workout, and the way he looks after compared to the way I look is really defeating," Phillippe joked to People at the time.
Phillippe again described Deacon as his best friend in a birthday tribute on Instagram in 2023.
“Happy birthday to my best friend. I am so lucky to be your old man and so grateful for all the incredible memories and adventures we have together. You are a true blessing,” he wrote in the caption.
During his recent appearance on “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” Phillippe joked about what the pair’s relationship looks like now that Deacon is in college.
"What I've realized is that college students who live in expensive cities really love it when their parents come to town — and so do their friends,” Phillippe said.
"Because that means a free meal or two and maybe an event of some kind that they can't afford. So it's nice," he added.
According to People, Deacon has attended New York University since graduating high school in 2022.
The actor-musician spent his freshman year in a dorm on campus before moving into an off-campus apartment in New York City's West Village — which he showed off in a 2023 TikTok video.

In a 2020 interview with “Interview” magazine, Deacon credited his father with his musical talents.
“When I was listening to the radio in the car with my dad, something just clicked,” he told the outlet.
“I realized there’s more to making music than just being a vocalist, and that a lot of times it’s the production that makes me feel something,” he added.
Wanting to learn more, Deacon started asking his dad how music production works.
