“Her law degree may not be real… but she did go to Stanford for a bit.”
One day after Savannah Chrisley revealed President Donald Trump had intentions of signing a pardon for their release, her parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley are now free.
Just moments ago, Savannah took to her Instagram story to share a video of herself and her dad on their way home.
“We’re getting home, as I puke the whole way,” she said, captioning the video, “Todd is no help.”

In the background, Todd can be heard laughing and gagging. “I’ve got Todd over here being dramatic,” Savannah continued.
“I can smell it,” Todd added. “You just sprayed perfume every where,” Savannah replied. “I didn’t have to deal with this in prison,” he joked.
In the video, Savannah showed herself holding a plastic bag as she vomited while her dad laughed at her. She later shared a similar video on TikTok.

Our original report begins below:
After being found guilty of bank fraud and tax evasion, Todd Chrisley and his wife Julie Chrisley began serving time in prison in January 2023.
Todd was sentenced to 12 years and Julie was sentenced to seven years.
However, in a video shared on Instagram on May 27, their daughter Savannah Chrisley says the President of the United States personally called her to tell her he was signing the necessary papers to grant both Todd and Julie a full pardon.
“Oh, my goodness, okay, y'all, I tried to do an Instagram Live earlier, and I was driving, trying to get home to get my life together. And we are freaking out over here. I have shed so many tears. The President called me personally as I was walking into Sam's Club and notified me that he was signing paper pardon paperwork for both of my parents,” she said in the video.
“So both my parents are coming home tonight or tomorrow,” she continued, “and I still don't believe it's real,” Savannah added, noting that she was “freaking out” that Trump called her personally.
“I will forever be grateful for President Trump, his administration, and everyone along the way, all of my lawyers, the people who put in countless hours and effort and love for my family to make sure that my parents got home. I am eternally grateful,” Savannah continued.
A separate Instagram video shared to her Story showed Trump sitting in the Oval Office talking with Savannah and her brother Grayson sharing the news.
“Your parents are going to be free and clean,” Trump tells Savannah over the phone, “and I hope we can do it by tomorrow. We'll try getting it done tomorrow. So give them, I don't know them, but give them my regards and wish them a good life.”
As Savannah continued in her own video, she noted that “it still doesn't feel real.”
“It doesn’t… I'm freaking out, so I'm gonna go and prepare to go pick up my parents, and I just can't thank you guys enough. They're coming…my parents get to start their lives over.”
