“We’ve traveled the world, graduated and grown so much together."
Jason Kelce is basking in the celebration of his brother Travis Kelce’s engagement to Taylor Swift.
On the morning of their newest “New Heights” podcast episode, Jason took the opportunity to publicly congratulate his younger brother and future sister-in-law.
“What's up 92-percenters,” Jason began his solo statement shared on their podcast’s Instagram page. “Welcome back to another episode of ‘New Heights.’”
“Unfortunately, it probably won't be as good as the last episode of ‘New Heights,’ where we set our own record, we set podcasting records, we set a Guinness Book of World records.”
According to the Guinness World Records officials, the “New Heights” episode that featured Swift as a guest is now recognized as having the “biggest concurrent audience in YouTube history with 1.3 million YouTube viewers.
“That's right, thanks to the one and only Taylor Swift for hopping on and deciding to talk with two complete idiots that don't know anything about the music industry,” Jason continued. “And it was a doozy.”

Jason encouraged fans to “get ready for a much lower bar” when it comes to this week’s “New Heights” episode, before sharing some congratulatory words with the newly engaged couple.
“There is one gigantic piece of new news that just hit the waves. We did record this podcast on Monday, which was Travis’s one day off, so he is not here to address this himself, but we felt necessary as a team. here at ‘New Heights’ to get together and send Travis and Taylor a giant congratulations for being engaged!”
Jason called the Aug. 26 reveal of their engagement, the “engagement heard around the world.” “F**k yeah!”
Jason’s comments come after their father, Ed Kelce, shared several details about Travis and Taylor’s engagement with News 5 Cleveland’s John Kosich.
"Travis actually did the proposal, oh, maybe two weeks, not quite two weeks ago," Ed told News 5 on Aug. 26. "He was going to put it off till this week. I think she was getting maybe a little antsy, but he was going to put her off till this week, to, you know, make some grand thing, to make it a big special event.”
"He got her out there, they were about to go out to dinner, and he said, 'let's go out and have a glass of wine,' ... they got out there, and that's when he asked her, and it was beautiful," Ed continued, revealing some of the details of Travis’s proposal, which took place in a garden in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, News 5 reports.
"They're just two young people very much in love, cast in a spotlight that they really haven't sought but kind of followed with their success in their respective fields,” Ed said of his son who he says has never been happier.
