Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez are officially due to become husband and wife.
The 31-year-old model and influencer, who shares five children with the professional footballer, took to Instagram on Aug. 11 to share a photo of her massive engagement ring next to her fiancé’s hand.
In the caption, which was translated from Spanish, she wrote: “Yes I do. In this and in all my lives.”
The couple first crossed paths in a Gucci store Rodriguez was working at before making their first public appearance together at the Best FIFA Football Awards in 2017, according to People.
At the time, they were joined by Ronaldo’s eldest son Cristiano Jr., who was born in 2010.
The couple went Instagram official several months later and have since welcomed four children together, per People.
Twins Eva Maria and Mateo were born in June 2017 via surrogacy. The pair also welcomed daughter Alana Martina later that year before giving birth to twins Bella and Ángel in 2022.
In April of that year, Ronaldo took to Instagram to announce that his newborn son Ángel had died.
"It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away. It is the greatest pain that any parents can feel,” he wrote in the post.
"Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness,” he added.

During a 2022 episode of Netflix’s “I Am Georgina” docuseries, Rodriguez joked about constantly being asked when her and Ronaldo's wedding was.
At the time, she said that it was “not up to me” — which led to Ronaldo explaining his hesitation.
"When we get that click. Like everything with our life, and she knows what I'm talking about,” he said in a 2022 interview with Piers Morgan, per Fox News.
“It could be in a year or it could be in six months or it could be in a month. I'm 1000% sure that it'll happen,” he responded.
Now that the two are engaged after eight years of dating, everyone wants to know more about the ring that stole the show.
According to Neil Dutta, managing director of jeweler Angelic Diamonds, the ring appears to be an “oval-cut diamond of around 30 carats, set in platinum with two smaller oval side stones for extra sparkle.”
Dutta is valuing the Cristiano Ronaldo engagement ring price at between $3.7 million to $4.9 million.
“It’s a piece that rivals some of the biggest celebrity engagement rings, from Beyoncé’s to Kim Kardashian’s, and after almost nine years together, it’s definitely been worth the wait,” Dutta added.
The ring even rivals what billionaire Jeff Bezos recently gave his wife Lauren Sanchez, who tied the knot in June after six years together, per People.
According to Vogue, multiple jewelers have estimated Sanchez’s engagement ring to be around 30 carats and worth somewhere between $3 and $5 million.

“So happy for you,” Sanchez wrote in the comment section of Rodriguez’s announcement post, per The Daily Mail.
