This latest development comes after a search warrant was made public in June.
Some moments leave you speechless and some even bring you to tears — but this one had it all.
In a video shared by ABC News on July 1, a family is seen huddling around a newborn baby in a hospital room when a man wearing a red shirt walks into the door.
That man was Great-grandpa Teddy and he was there to meet his great-grandson.

What he didn’t know was that his great-grandson was named after him — and his reaction after seeing the name tag for the first time made the whole room emotional.
“Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me?” were the only words that came to mind.
The elder Teddy then walks over and embraces his grandson, Reagin Conley, who shared the video with Storyful. In the description, he clarified that the video was taken on June 19.
"We captured my grandpa finding out his great-grandson was named after him! We waited until he came to the hospital to see the baby to reveal it!" Conley told Storyful.
Many parents, grandparents and great-grandparents took to the comment section of ABC7NY’s video to share their reactions to the touching moment.
“My great granddaughter was given my name as her middle name..its a honor.. lucky man...to be so loved,” one user wrote.
“Another day of me just crying over the internet,” another user wrote.
Other users were suggesting that the baby boy was going to be a true grandpa’s boy growing up.
“Y'all in trouble he never letting him go that's his baby now lol blessings,” a third user commented.
According to The Telegram, Conley and his wife Alyssa Proehl named their son Teddy Sage Conley.
