“Wow. Maybe I should’ve went first.”
Kylie Kelce loves giving more than she loves receiving — but how do her gift-giving skills compare to her husband?
The 33-year-old mother of four answered that question during the Dec. 4 episode of her “Not Gonna Lie” podcast while opening up about what life is like on Christmas Day in the Kelce household.
While doing so, she admitted that she could definitely step her game up when it comes to gifts.

“Guys, last year, I have no f------ clue what I got Jason for Christmas, which leans into the idea that I think I could do better with gift giving,” she said on the podcast.
“Jason is absolutely a better gift giver than me,” she added.
Luckily for her, both Jason and Kylie Kelce have always prioritized time spent together and experiences over materialistic things when celebrating holidays and milestone moments.
“We as a couple lean into the milestones that we get to enjoy together in our lives,” she said on the podcast. “We both would far prefer an experience together than an actual physical gift.”
Her comments come at a time when parents everywhere are starting to shift their own priorities.
On Nov. 10, one viral video showed a mom asking her teenage daughter what she received for Christmas the previous year — and the daughter couldn’t remember.
But when the mom asked her where they went for their family vacation, she replied without hesitation.
“They need your presence more than your presents,” the mom wrote in the caption. “We are considering taking a trip this Christmas break instead of exchanging gifts.”

Elsewhere on the Dec. 4 episode of “Not Gonna Lie,” Kylie revealed her strategy when it comes to buying and wrapping gifts for her kids.
And she’s more of a buy now, wrap later type of mom.
“I'm gonna order the gifts now, and then they're gonna sit in the closet until I speed wrap them on Christmas Eve,” she explained.

But that’s not to say she doesn’t enjoy the thrill of Christmas morning — in fact, she described watching her kids open their presents as the highlight of her holiday season.
“I do love watching people, specifically my tiny humans, open them during the holidays because their little faces on Christmas morning. Are you kidding me?” she said.
Just don’t expect that same level of excitement when it comes time for her to open a gift.
“I don't wanna disappoint people with my reaction. I just don't want you to look at me for a reaction, and for my reaction to be underwhelming. The thought of that makes me wanna cry,” she explained.
Kylie and Jason Kelce, who have been married since 2018, share four daughters — Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finn, 8 months — together, according to TODAY.com.
Luckily for her, Kylie Kelce’s kids are rather easy to shop for come Christmastime.

“The girls are asking for some new dolls, always,” she said of her daughters. “Then Benny wants lipstick, and Ellie will probably take any stuffy under the sun.”
