Gisele Bundchen is thankful for all that she gained in 2025.
The 45-year-old supermodel and wellness advocate rang in the new year with a reminiscent and reflective post featuring photos of her three kids — including her newest son, whose birth was revealed in February.
In the caption, Bundchen opened up about how the past year has “changed” her.
“As 2025 comes to an end, my heart is full,” she wrote on Instagram. “This year brought deep lessons and profound growth. Becoming a mother again reshaped everything—my time, my priorities, my heart.”

“I’m grateful for these sacred moments that changed me in ways words can’t fully hold. Thank you, 2025. I step into this new year with gratitude, love, and trust for what’s next,” she added.
Bundchen’s older two kids — Benjamin Rein, 16, and Vivian Lake, 13 — whom she shares with ex husband Tom Brady, also made cameos in the post.
Her newest son’s name has not yet been revealed, but People confirmed in February that his middle name is River.
The New Year’s post comes just one month after Bundchen married her baby’s father Joaquim Valente, a jiu-jitsu instructor, in Surfside, Florida on Dec. 3, according to People.
The wedding was kept under wraps until two weeks ago.
“Gisele is tired of all of the attention on her private life, but [she and Valente] are both so happy being together, and being new parents it was what they wanted to do,” a source told People on Dec. 19.
“They are best friends with a lot in common and are so excited about everything,” the source added. “Gisele just wants to do things her own way. And a small, private non-event was what she wanted.”

Gisele Bundchen and Joaquin Valente met in 2021 when she signed her older son, Benjamin, up for jiu-jitsu classes at his studio, per Us Weekly. Not long after, Bündchen decided to sign up herself.
The couple started dating sometime in 2023.
"He was a huge comfort for Gisele while she went through her divorce. Their friendship turned romantic after the divorce," a source told People of the couple in February 2024.
On Oct. 28, news broke that the couple were expecting their first child together.
A source confirmed the news with People — adding that the couple “are happy for this new chapter in their life and they're looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family.”
Bundchen was previously married to Brady for 13 years. Their divorce was finalized in October 2022.
According to People, Bundchen is happy with her new life.
“Her life is filled with her kids, her loving family and work, but it is more manageable,” a source told the outlet in December.
