Life can’t get any better for retired NFL star JJ Watt.
The 36-year-old former Houston Texans defensive end took to Instagram on June 29 to share an adorable photo update of life at home with two kids under three.
In the photo, JJ Watt’s older son, Koa, is giving his newborn brother, Niko, a kiss on the head.

“Nothing better,” JJ Watt wrote in the caption.
Gabriella Watt, the wife of JJ Watt’s brother, Derek Watt, wrote in the comments: “Love love love! We can’t wait to see Koa and meet Niko!!”
The photo comes one week after JJ Watt and his wife, Kealia Ohai Watt, announced the birth of their second son, Niko Benjamin — who was born June 14, according to the couple’s announcement.
“Overcome with joy and gratitude,” the 3-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year wrote in the caption.
It also comes three months after JJ Watt’s other brother, TJ Watt, announced the birth of his first child with his wife, Dani. The couple gave birth to a baby girl named Blakely Marie Watt.
Derek and Gabriella Watt welcomed their third baby — daughter Isabella Grace — in April.
“Last week we welcomed our sweet little girl, Isabella Grace, into the world! Our hearts are so full and the boys are obsessed with their baby sister!” the couple wrote on Instagram April 24.
Bella, as JJ Watt called his niece in the comments, joined her big brothers Logan and Brayden at home.
Between Isabella, Blakely and, most recently, Niko, that’s three babies within two months for the Watt brothers!

At home, JJ Watt is a father to two and big brother to two.
On social media, he’s a big brother to anyone who needs it — and he proved it with his latest post on X.
It all started on July 1 when a fellow dad and sports fan posted a photo of his son wearing a homemade JJ Watt jersey with his signature No. 99 on the back.
“My son, JJ, was getting teased at summer camp bc his name is the same as the Cocomelon baby,” the father wrote on X. “Thanks to some JJWatt highlight reels on YouTube, he has regained his confidence.”
“Unfortunately, I now have to be on my toes at all times to avoid getting sacked,” the father joked.

Five minutes later, JJ Watt responded: “Where’s the camp?”
Aside from his impressive response time (especially for a two-time father with a newborn at home), fans were quick to praise the future Hall of Famer for being the big brother we all need from time to time
“Those kids are toast,” one fan replied under the X post.
“I envision JJ showing up like Billy Madison playing dodgeball against 3rd graders and just ROCKIN them with the ball,” a second user joked.
