“Why am I gonna cover up what I can show off?”
Katy Perry’s daughter is showing off her singing skills while accompanying her mother on tour.
The 40-year-old “Teenage Dream” singer took to Instagram on Aug. 6 to share a photo and video dump of some of her favorite moments as she continues her “The Lifetimes Tour,” which began in April.
Some of the snaps featured her 4-year-old daughter Daisy Dove, whom she shares with ex-fiancé Orlando Bloom.

The sixth slide shows Daisy staring out a large window as she places her hands on the glass. The photo appears to be taken from an observation room at the CN Tower in Toronto, Canada.
Perry performed at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto on Aug. 5 and 6, according to the arena’s official website.
Elsewhere in the post, Daisy is seen performing a song with a lion puppet in front of a puppet booth.
E! News reported that Daisy was singing her mother’s 2010 hit “Peacock,” where she sings “Magical, colorful, Mr. Mystery,” per Genius.
Daisy’s rendition of the song was met with a round of applause. Daisy ended her performance with a modest, “Thank you, everyone.”
Perry has previously opened up about how much her daughter loves her music.
"She actually just started singing 'Roar,'” Perry revealed in a July 2024 interview with The One Show, per People.
“On the flip side, she's also singing 'Peacock,' and now I know what every parent went through in 2008," Perry joked. "And I'm sorry!"
This isn’t the first time Daisy has been featured on her mother’s Instagram since the tour started.
In the sixth slide of a photo dump on June 27, Daisy can be seen steering the wheel at the captain’s helm of a giant boat while in Western Australia.
On June 18, Daisy was also seen wearing a Bluey-inspired dress at Bluey’s World, an immersive experience in Bluey’s hometown of Brisbane, Queensland.
Perry detailed her excitement over bringing her daughter on tour
Perry revealed in January that Daisy would be accompanying her on her seven-month tour — which is also her first tour in seven years.
"She's definitely going to come out and bring her light," Perry said in an interview with People, published Jan. 29.
"She is so excited. She's an extrovert, of course, being raised by two extroverts, and she loves music and she loves Mom's songs,” she continued.
The singer went on to admit that her shows will be starting earlier than her previous tours now that she “understands firsthand how long bedtime routine takes.”
"It's going to be exciting to bring her around the world and show her some unique cultural stuff and learn. It's a whole education in and of itself," Perry told People.
Perry welcomed Daisy on Aug. 26, 2020, according to People.
The “Firework” singer announced her pregnancy in the music video for "Never Worn White," which was released on YouTube on March 5, 2020.
The news came more than one year after she announced her engagement to Bloom. They were together for nine years and engaged for six years before announcing their split earlier this year.
