“Why do we have to have the ‘co?’ We’re just parents.”
Kylie Kelce’s baby bedtime routine has changed a lot since welcoming her fourth daughter.
The 33-year-old podcaster and wife of retired NFL center Jason Kelce spoke with People about the biggest changes she has noticed in her day-to-day life since 4-month old daughter Finnley was born.
The couple welcomed Finn on March 30, according to a joint Instagram announcement on April 1.

"It's not too much,” she told People of the changes. “She's still at the age where, like most of the time, I just strap her to the front of me and we go anywhere."
But when it comes to the couple’s other three daughters, Kylie Kelce has noticed one big difference.
"We used to tag team bedtime and now it's a little bit of like, he's doing it on his own, which he's the best at. I think they prefer that," she said of her husband, whom she married in 2018, per Us Weekly.
Even when she tries to help, she says her daughters are quick to ask her to leave.
"They're like, 'Mom, why are you even in here? You can get out,’” Kylie Kelce adds. “(Jason) gives the best back scratches, and he reads the stories with voices, so he's way more fun than I am.”
“But that's really been the biggest change, is bedtime. Dad's a pro,” she continued.
In addition to Finn, Jason and Kylie Kelce are also parents to daughters Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, and Bennett, 2, according to People.
Kylie Kelce shares plans for bringing daughters to first Chiefs’ game
In a separate interview with People, Kylie Kelce opened up about why her daughters haven’t been to a Kansas City Chiefs game to support their uncle Travis Kelce, who plays tight end for the team.
And it, again, has to do with her daughters’ bedtime routine.
“A lot of opportunities that we've had to go and support Trav have been, even just last year, a lot of Monday nights,” the mom of four said in the interview, published Aug. 11.
Kylie Kelce does, however, hope to get their daughters out for a game at some point this season.
“As anyone knows, an 8:00 p.m. start is not conducive to a 5, 4, and 2-year-old. We're not tagging in on that, so maybe we'll get out there for a nice 1:00 p.m. Sunday with the girls,” she added.
Travis Kelce is about to enter his 13th season in the NFL — all of which have been with the Chiefs, per ESPN. His regular season kicks off on Sept. 5 against the Los Angeles Chargers.
The team’s Week 2 matchup, which starts at 4:25 p.m. local time, is a home game vs. the Philadelphia Eagles — the team Jason Kelce spent his entire 13-year NFL career with, per ESPN.
