“Nothing better.”
Despite having always known she wanted to be a mother and now being a mom of four, podcast host, Kylie Kelce is admitting she’s not sure if she has the “mom gene.”
“I’m still not sure that I have it to be honest,” Kelce told the hosts of the “House of Maher” podcast. “I tell everybody, I’m winging it.”
The 33-year-old, who shares Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and 3-month-old Finnley with husband Jason Kelce, told the Maher sisters that she was always called “mom” in college, but now that she is a mom, it’s something you can’t prepare for.
“I’ve always known that I wanted to have four kids,” Kelce explained. "I would say before motherhood, I was like, ‘Give me all the babies.’ Now that I’m in motherhood, I’m like, ‘Am I doing this right?’ Every day.”
Even so, caring for children just feels like a necessity to Kelce now.
Kelce recalled being at the 2024 Olympics without her children and before she knew it, Kelce was helping care for the women's rugby team's coach’s daughters, of which Ilona Maher was a member.

“It got to a point where I was like I need to see children,” Kelce explained. “I feel like my hands don’t know what to do. I’m not filling water bottles, I’m not opening snacks. What am I doing with my life?"
And even now that she’s a mom of four, Kelce’s still not afraid to ask for advice.
During the June 12 episode of her own podcast, “Not Gonna Lie,” Kelce posed an important question to other parents around the world.
“All the moms out there, can you tell me? So that we can sort of add them all up and get the average of when we should stop wiping their butts specifically for poop? Okay?”
The topic got brought up after Ellie was heard telling her parents that she was “all done pooping” on her dad and her uncle’s podcast, “New Heights.”
“That's the soundtrack of my life, right there,” Kylie Kelce said after playing the clip. “This happens two times minimum, six times maximum a day.”
“My favorite is when they do it while I'm rolling meatballs,” she continued. “I think they can feel like mom's going to have to wash her hands to do it and then wash her hands at least twice when she comes back. It's actually absurd.”
The reason Kelce still feels it necessary to assist her 5- and 3-year-old in the bathroom is because she doesn’t “like the idea of them wiping and then doing like the questionable kid washing of the hands, and then coming downstairs and touching things and like continuing on with their life,” she explained. “So we are still wiping poops.”
