That camping trip your family still talks about? Science says it’s worth more than any toy under the tree.
Rebel Wilson wanted her wife’s pregnancy reveal to wait — but her daughter had other plans.
During a Jan. 9 appearance on the “Today” show, the 45-year-old “Pitch Perfect” star said her wife Ramona Agruma is “really about to pop” as they prepare for their second child together.
The couple, who tied the knot in September 2024, are already parents to daughter Royce Lillian, who was born via surrogate in 2022.
On Dec. 8, Agruma took to Instagram to announce that baby No. 2 is on the way.

While talking to Jenna Bush Hager and Matt Rogers on Jan. 9, Wilson admitted that they were forced to drop the baby news earlier than anticipated — and her daughter was the sole reason why.
“My one daughter, Royce, is three years old, and she just goes around saying everything to anybody, teachers at school, people in the grocery store,” she told the hosts.
“She’ll be like, ‘I’m getting a baby sister,’ and then people come up, random people go, ‘Oh congratulations on the new baby,’” she added.
Wilson described her daughter as a “real chatterbox,” even when it comes to sensitive news.
“I thought, ‘Okay, I better put it out on social media,’” Wilson continued.

Elsewhere in the interview, Wilson was asked about a recent post she shared about parental burnout.
In the caption of the post, which was uploaded on Instagram Dec. 28, Wilson asked her followers for advice on overcoming the exhaustion from having children at home all day during the school holidays.
“To all the mums out there in the school holidays — how do you do it? I’m exhausted!” she wrote. “Just trying to give my cutie a better life than what I had…”
During her “Today” show appearance, Wilson explained the story behind the post.
“I took a picture of my daughter at the theater — I took her to the theater,” she said of the photo. “I thought that’ll be a fun adventure, (but) she lasted one minute and then she got scared.”
With the theater adventure out of question, Wilson had to come up with something to do to pass the time.
“It’s really hard. For all the mums out there, I so respect you,” she said. “When you’re just there with your child — all day, everyday during the holidays — it’s really, really hard to know what to do.”
Despite the exhaustion, Wilson said she does her best to keep her little one entertained.
