Nara Smith had a “little surprise” to share with her followers on Sunday.
The 23-year-old TikToker, who already has three children — Rumble Honey, 4, Slim Easy, 3, and Whimsy Lou, 1 — with her husband Lucky Blue Smith, announced that she’s pregnant with her fourth baby.
The couple announced the news (and showed off Nara Smith’s baby bump) on social media June 8.

“Baby 4 loading…” they wrote in a text overlay on the video, which shows Lucky Blue Smith kissing his wife’s growing baby bump.
“Our little surprise,” they added in the caption.
The news comes less than a year after the pair said that they were “absolutely done” adding to their family — despite admitting that they originally wanted six kids total.
“Having toddlers is the best sort of birth control, because they’re wild,” Nara Smith said in an interview with GQ, published Aug. 7.
"We feel like we couldn't be as good of parents if we added in any more," Lucky Blue Smith added.
Many fans took to the comment section of their latest announcement to share their shock as the couple embark on their fourth pregnancy together.
“Wouldn't be right if our girl didn't pop out every now and then. Nothing screams organic, made from scratch, louder than pregnancy,” one follower wrote.
Another fan commented, “I’m almost certain you said you didn’t want anymore… hmm. Well congrats anyways.”
Nara Smith and Lucky Blue Smith will soon be a family of six
According to Harper’s Bazaar, Nara and Lucky Blue Smith went Instagram official in November 2019.
The couple announced their engagement nearly one year later (in February 2020) and tied the knot in an intimate ceremony two days later, per the outlet.
Their first child, a daughter named Rumble Honey, was born seven months later and their son, Slim Easy, followed in January 2022. They welcomed their second daughter, Whimsy Lou, in April 2024.
Lucky Blue Smith is also a father to a 5-year-old daughter, Gravity Blue, from a previous relationship.
In their 2024 interview with GQ, Nara Smith opened up about being a mom at 19.
"Lucky had Gravity when he was really young. It felt like a natural thing: Yeah, I think I’m ready to have kids. When I’m 40, they’ll be 20, and we’ll grow up together,” she told the magazine.
“I want to build my life with them rather than trying to integrate them into my life later,” she says. “And it worked out great. I love being a young mom.”

The couple have yet to reveal any further news (including gender and due date) about their fourth baby.
