As What to Expect suggests, it may be a good thing to start writing things down so you don’t forget them, or texting them to your partner or someone you can trust to keep you on track!
You’re also now in your sixth month of pregnancy!
The baby’s heartbeat is also getting so strong your doctor may be able to find it with just their stethoscope!
You may also start to notice a dark line running down the center of your belly.
This is called linea nigra. According to What to Expect, “it’s caused by the same pregnancy hormones responsible for all the skin discolorations you might be seeing, like the darker shade of your areolas and the deeper tone of the freckles on your arms and legs.”
While you may still be experiencing swelling, this could also lead to tingling hands.
This is the result of the pressure on your nerves from the swelling.
