With just 11 weeks ago, things are getting real!
And because your baby is getting bigger, you’re likely feeling your little one move more often!
Between their hiccups and their kicks and jabs, it could almost feel nonstop!
And your baby is already around 2 and a half to 3 pounds! WOW!
In the next 11 weeks, they’ll double or triple in weight!
Another fun fact, your baby likely smiled for the first time this week! Probably while he or she was sleeping!
You’ve also probably been counting kicks over the last couple of weeks, that is something you should continue to do!
According to What to Expect, if you count fewer than 10 movements within a two hour period, you should notify your doctor. “Better safe than sorry.”
You may also start to notice your nails growing faster than usually in combination with constipation, hemorrhoids, pregnancy brains, and the others we mentioned in previous weeks!
Lastly, your great may start to leak a fluid known as colostrum! So you may need to buy breast pads soon!
