Your baby now sleeps in 60 to 90 minute stretches and may jolt or kick after waking.

What You should expect in Week 30

From celebrating your pregnancy with a shower to getting your nursery and hospital bag ready to go, so much is happening!
In addition to all that, your belly button may have changed from an “innie to an outie,” Babycenter reports.
And you may also be experiencing brown vaginal discharge, which is normal due to the increased estrogen production.
However, if your discharge is bright red and more than two tablespoons or if it is green or has an odor, please consult your doctor.
Pregnancy fatigue is real, but as always, listen to your body these next 10 weeks and relax when you can!
You may also start feeling winded easier and dealing with shortness of breath. This is normal, considering your baby is resting on your diaghram.
And for all the other aches and pains you may be dealing with right now, a prenatal massage may help ease some of the discomforts!
As Babycenter reports, these massages will also help with swelling and mood swings as well! But stay on the safe side and consult with your doctor first before scheduling an appointment.
