Three kids walked into a room full of cameras and journalists — and just like that, the ‘Harry Potter’ era began.
Fitness influencer Whitney Simmons has announced to her followers that she is pregnant with her first child.
Simmons is known for her content about maintaining both her physical and mental health through fitness, and for sharing her experience with having psoriasis to connect with others suffering from the condition.
Simmons tied the knot with her husband Stefan in October of 2022 in an elegant ceremony in Todos Santos, Mexico.
The couple has been together since 2016 and are now starting a new chapter of their journey together as first-time parents.
"I felt like everything in my life led me to this exact moment," Simmons shared in a 2022 PEOPLE interview about her wedding to Stefan. "My heart could've exploded from the amount of gratitude I felt. With every heartbreak I've met, with every loss I've felt … it all lead me to Stefan. I felt like the luckiest girl in the world that he was choosing me. There was magic in the air, I was the happiest I've ever been."
Now, almost exactly three years later, Simmons has taken to Instagram to announce that she is pregnant with their first child.
She shared a carousel of images of her and her husband showing off her baby bump with the caption "give you my wild, give you a child."
Fans took to the comments to excitedly congratulate Simmons on the announcement.
"Omg congratulations sweet sweet lady!!! you are going to be the best mommy!!" one fan commented on the post.
This comes after Simmons had taken a short hiatus from posting online, presumably to avoid speculation about her baby bump until she felt ready to make the announcement. Her most recent Instagram post before the announcement was on August 31.
"I was like Whitney hasn’t posted in awhile, I hope she’s ok. Seems like you’re doing more than just ok, you’re glowing," another fan commented on the announcement post.
Simmons also posted an Instagram story stating that she waited until almost halfway through her pregnancy to make the announcement, meaning the baby will likely arrive sometime in early spring.
