“They just had the two of them and the preacher. They had a quiet little thing.”
Todd and Julie Chrisley have officially reunited after two years apart.
The couple’s daughter, Savannah Chrisley, took to her Instagram Stories on May 29 to document the reunion — posting a photo of the pair sitting across from each other in chairs.
“Reunied and it feels so good!” Savannah Chrisley wrote in the Story, via a GIF.
The reunion comes one day after President Donald Trump pardoned the couple and more than two years since they began their respective prison sentences after being found guilty of bank and tax fraud in 2022.

Todd Chrisley, who was initially sentenced to 12 years in prison and 16 months probation, reported to the Federal Prison Camp Pensacola in Florida on Jan. 17.
His wife, Julie Chrisley, reported to the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky that same day, per Today, to serve a seven-year prison sentence with 16 months probation.
Both sentences were reduced in September 2023. Todd Chrisley was expected to be released on Jan. 22, 2033, and Julie Chrisley was scheduled for release on Oct. 19, 2028, per People.
That all changed on May 27 when President Trump personally broke the news to Savannah Chrisley.
“It’s a terrible thing, but it’s a great thing because your parents are going to be free and clean and I hope we can do it by tomorrow,” Trump told Savannah Chrisley over the phone, per Margo Martin.
“I don't know them, but give them my regards and wish them a good luck,” Trump added.
President Trump made it official when he signed the pardon the following day.
Savannah Chrisley shares wild moment after reuniting with dad
On May 28, Savannah Chrisley reunited with her dad after picking him up from the Florida prison.
“I am just so grateful that I am gonna leave here with my dad,” she said as she waited outside the facility, per a video obtained by TMZ.
In the car, she shared a video of her riding in the backseat with a grocery bag in her lap.
“We’re getting home… As I puke the whole way,” she says into the camera as her father groans in the background. “I’ve got Todd over here being dramatic.”
“You just spray perfume everywhere,” she says to her father, who claimed that he could smell it.
“I didn’t have to deal with this in prison,” Todd Chrisley joked.
In a separate Instagram Story, Todd Chrisley told his daughter to feel his muscles, joking that they got bigger since he left for prison.
