“It's gonna be hard, but this is important, and I've got to do this.”
Prince Harry is one proud husband.
The 40-year-old Duke of Sussex, who has been married to Meghan Markle, 43, since 2018, wasn’t shy when asked about his wife’s newfound success in an exclusive interview with People, published April 15.
"I am so happy for my wife and fully support absolutely everything she’s done and continues to do," he said of his wife’s recent business ventures.

"I'm incredibly proud," he told People.
The comment comes one month after the premiere of “With Love, Meghan,” a Netflix series that sees Markle share her best cooking, gardening and hosting tips with some of her most famous friends.
The show premiered on March 4 and featured eight episodes — each about 30 minutes long.
Two weeks before that premiere, Markle revealed that she was re-branding her business — which she originally named American Riviera Orchard in 2024 — changing the name to As ever.
In the Instagram announcement, Markle described the new chapter as “an extension of what has always been my love language, beautifully weaving together everything I cherish.”
More recently, Markle launched a new podcast called “Confessions of a Female Founder” on April 8.
While her husband rarely comments on the couple’s private life, Prince Harry did make one noticeable appearance — albeit brief — in the final episode of “With Love, Meghan.”
His cameo came during a celebratory brunch for the rebranding of Markle’s business. Upon his arrival, the couple shared a kiss as Harry congratulated his wife.
“You did a really great job. I love it,” the Duke of Sussex said.
Prince Harry returns home after a series of court appearances

In a recent interview with People, a source close to Prince Harry opened up about the legal fight and ongoing rift between him and his father King Charles III, his brother Prince William and the British media.
Much of that fight centers around his state-funded official security, which he and his wife no longer have access to since stepping down from their royal duties in 2020.
According to People, Harry has said that he is “driven by exposing injustice” and a desire to “get under the bonnet and fix” what’s broken.
But his fight means much more than that.
After what happened to his late mother Princess Diana — who died in a car accident one year after having her security removed — Harry is determined to avoid a similar fate with his family.
“His determination is deeply personal: If anything were to happen to Meghan or their two young children, he could never rest,” People writes.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex share two children together — Prince Archie, 5, and Princess Lilibet, 3.
Harry recently returned to his family in California after a series of court appearances in the UK and a separate, private trip to Ukraine.
Markle documented his return on her Instagram Stories as she prepared breakfast for the family. In the final Story, she revealed the “special gift” Prince Harry brought back from Ukraine.

The gift was a unique Ukrainian pastry known as Easter bread, which is made from flour harvested from demined fields in Ukraine, according to Marie Claire.
