“I’m a very lucky woman. I have a lot of great men in my life.”
It might take two to tango, but Gwen Stefani says it takes three to fall in love.
The 55-year-old singer-songwriter appeared on “The Drew Barrymore Show” April 23 when she was asked to share the best advice she had ever received about love.
“Best advice would probably be, make sure you have a third party,” Stefani said to host Drew Barrymore as she pointed one finger to the sky — seemingly referring to God.

The other party, of course, is country music star Blake Shelton.
The couple met in 2014 as coaches on “The Voice.” At the time, Stefani was married to musician Gavin Rossdale and Shelton was married to singer Miranda Lambert.
Shelton filed for divorce from Lambert in July 2015 after four years of marriage, and Stefani filed for divorce from Rossdale the following month.
Stefani and Shelton started dating after their respective divorces, per People.
The pair have been one of Hollywood’s favorite couples in the years since. They announced their engagement in October 2020 and tied the knot in Oklahoma in July 2021.
While talking to Barrymore last month, Stefani broke down what a good date night looks like to her.
“I’m literally couch, blanket, cookies, chips," she said, per People. "I just have the whole thing — the dogs down right there, and then we have two couches, and Blake’s on that couch, and we’re like, ‘Hi!’”
Stefani also revealed that she prefers long strolls over late-night chats.
Shelton shares his key to a good marriage with Stefani

Stefani isn’t the only one sharing relationship tips with fans.
During an April 2024 interview with Access Hollywood, Shelton was asked how he and Stefani have managed to maintain such a strong relationship for so long.
"She's my best friend, that's the best way I know to say it," he confessed. "It's not something that we really have to think about, it's just there and we have fun with it.”
“Maybe that's the key, we have so much fun together,” he added.
As for his biggest regret when it comes to Stefani? That he didn’t find her sooner.
“But I also know we had to go through everything we went through to get us there,” he continued. “We’re just grateful and we have fun.”
