Two parents and a grandparent were arrested after a 7-year-old boy’s body was discovered in a freezer in their Lynwood, California, home.
Travis Kelce is sharing a few details about the proposal heard around the world.
In an interview with Erin Andrews ahead of the Week 2 Super Bowl rematch between the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles, the 35-year-old tight end remained coy about the Taylor Swift proposal.
When asked how rattled he was on that special day, he replied, “(Taylor) can tell that story.”
He did, however, reveal that there was a bit of sweat — and a few tears — that came from the moment.
“The palms were definitely sweating,” he said in the interview shared by NFL on FOX. “I’m an emotional guy, so there were a few tears here and there.”
“It’s been an exciting ride up to this day and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with her,” he added.
Kelce was also asked how much happier Swift has made him.
“She has brought excitement and a joy for life that made me a better man, made me a better person and made me just that much more comfortable in who I am,” he told Andrews.
His comments come less than three months after Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce broke the internet with their much-anticipated and long-awaited engagement announcement.

The couple confirmed their relationship in October 2023, several months after he attended her “The Eras Tour” and one month after her first Chiefs’ game, per Cosmopolitan.
On Aug. 26, after two years of dating, the superstar duo took to Instagram to confirm their engagement.
“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,” Swift wrote alongside a series of photos from the special day.
In an interview with News 5, published later that day, Kelce’s father, Ed, confirmed that “his son proposed to Swift almost two weeks ago.”

Swifties made their presence known in the comment section of NFL on FOX’s new interview with Kelce.
“Thank you, (Erin Andrews) for asking the question all of us Swifties have been wondering!” one fan wrote under the clip.
“His face lights up when he talks about her. I love this for them,” another fan wrote of Kelce.
“You can just see a different side of Trav when he talks anything about the LOVE of his life…” a third fan commented.
Other fans described Kelce and Swift as “the perfect couple” and thanked Andrews for the “scoop” on what went down during the proposal, but some football fans were a little disappointed in the coverage.
“Really this is what the NFL has become a pop show?? My husband turned off the TV and and said let me know when actual football is on not this tool!!” one comment read.
“There’s other NFL players FOX,” another football fan wrote.
But there were also a few fans who wanted to know more.
“I will wait for the proposal story told in her songs,” one Swiftie commented.
