“Becoming a mother again reshaped everything—my time, my priorities, my heart.”
Rebel Wilson is asking her fellow moms for parenting advice.
The 45-year-old “Pitch Perfect” star took to Instagram on Dec. 28 to share a photo of her 3-year-old daughter Royce Lillian, whom she shares with wife Ramona Agruma, when she asked a simple question.
“To all the mums out there in the school holidays — how do you do it? I’m exhausted!” she wrote in the caption. “Just trying to give my cutie a better life than what I had…”
Wilson went on to praise her wife for always making it look easy.
“Ramona is the best mother and does everything with ease! She’s amazing!” she added in the caption.

According to WebMD, parental burnout is when “parents put so much of their time and energy into their children that they neglect their own needs.”
The effects of burnout can lead to “overwhelming exhaustion, emotional distancing from your children, and a sense of being a poor or ineffective parent,” per WebMD.
Wilson’s fans were quick to share their own experiences with parental burnout during school holidays — with some sharing advice on how to overcome it and others simply praising her for all of her hard work.
“It’s exhausting because you’re doing so much. Work, parenting, Christmas, thinking about everything,” one fan wrote in the comment section. “You’re doing amazing, never forget that.”
“Remind yourself that not every day has to be Pinterest or Disney worthy. She loves being at home in Jammie’s with her mamas just as much as fun & excitement,” another fan wrote.
Other fans joked that a glass of wine always helps — and throwing on cartoons isn’t a bad thing.
“I just wing it through school holidays walking the dog each morning then let them watch bluey and play games on the iPad till it's wine time lol,” one follower added.

“Honestly, you throw all the routines out the window, remembering to eat and clean yourselves up every now and then but the rest is just glitter,” a fourth fan commented.
“It seems like a lot in the moment but when you look back at the flecks left behind, you'll smile at the memories made,” the fourth fan added.
Rebel Wilson is about to welcome another child into the fold
Wilson’s Instagram post comes three weeks after her wife announced that she’s pregnant with their second child.
“The happiest news in our family. it will be 4 of us soon! Baby number 2 is on her way. I love you @rebelwilson,” Agruma wrote in the caption of her Dec. 8 post.
The couple, who have been married since September 2024, already share a daughter named Royce Lillian, who was born via surrogate in 2022.
As a soon-to-be mom of two, Wilson is just as good at giving parenting advice as she is at asking for it.
In an interview with People, published Dec. 15, Wilson praised her former co-star Hailee Steinfeld, who is pregnant with her first child with Josh Allen, as a “talented” actress before giving her some sound advice.
"It is hard because she's got an amazing career as an actress, so I'm sure she'll be a working mom as well. And it is really, really tricky,” she added.
One thing that helped Wilson in her journey as a working mom was making sure she wasn’t alone.
"But we did have a great baby nanny at first, so when Ro was first born, 'cause when you're a new parent, you don't even know anything about feeding and sleep schedules and anything," she told the outlet.
