“She started out on a ventilator, and we had to feed her through a feeding tube.”
Abbie Herbert shared a special shoutout to her fans after giving birth to her baby three weeks early.
The 29-year-old social media influencer took to Instagram on Dec. 6 to share that she had given birth to her third baby — a baby boy named Rocky Blue — with husband Josh Herbert.
The couple are already parents to daughter Poppy, 4, and son Jagger, 2, according to People.
The baby news comes less than one week after fans shared concern in the comments section of one of Herbert’s pregnancy vlogs, in which she mentioned she had an itchy rash on her palms.

Many fans encouraged Herbert to get tested for cholestasis of pregnancy.
“If the itching on your palms continue pls get it checked!! Better safe than sorry… it sometimes points to cholestasis of the liver and baby needs to be induced a little earlier,” one fan wrote in a Dec. 2 comment.
“If you’re having excessive itchyness on your hands and feet in pregnancy please ask your doctor to draw your bile acids to test for interahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy,” another fan commented.
Cholestasis is a liver condition in late pregnancy where bile flow slows, causing bile acids to build up, leading to intense itching (especially hands and feet) in the third trimester, per the Cleveland Clinic.
Other common cholestasis symptoms include dark urine, pale or clay-colored stools, fatigue, nausea, decreased appetite, right upper abdominal pain and jaundice (yellowing of the skin and eyes).
Cholestasis of pregnancy can cause complications for the baby, including stillbirth and premature birth. As a result, most pregnant women with the condition are induced early.
And that’s exactly what happened with Herbert.
On Dec. 7, Herbert shared a video of her quickly throwing together a hospital bag 10 days earlier than she originally expected after test results confirmed that she had cholestasis.
“Craziest but best morning of my life,” she wrote in the caption of her video.

The now-mom-of-three later took to her Instagram Stories to thank all her fellow moms out there.
“Thank you to every single person who told me to reach out to my doctor. If I didn’t see those comments I would’ve never known,” she wrote in a text overlay.
“I just randomly started these vlogs and after 5 days of sharing my vlogs baby boy was delivered because of something YOU all saw,” she added. “God was truly watching over us.”
Herbert has since shared several photos and video clips of Rocky Blue’s safe arrival — as well as the moment he met his older brother and sister for the first time.
Abbie Herbert’s kids were equally excited about the addition to the family.
Josh Herbert also took to Instagram to share photos of him cradling his newborn baby boy.
