Actress Sarah Snook has seemingly revealed that Kieran Culkin and his wife Jazz Charton have already welcomed their third baby.
Alexandra Madison and Jon Bouffard are officially a family of three.
The beloved TikTok stars, who also host the “Give It To Me Straight Podcast” together, took to Instagram on Sept. 11 to announce the birth of their first child — a rainbow baby girl with a very special name.
“Our hardest chapter brought us the sweetest beginning,” the couple wrote in the caption. “Welcome home, Lucy Grey.”
In an interview with People prior to giving birth, Madison opened up about why they chose Lucy.
“It’s Jon’s grandma and my great-grandma — we both had grandmas with this same name and we just both loved it,” she told the outlet. “I’m actually so excited to announce her name when she is born.”
In one of the photos on Instagram, Madison is wearing a necklace with two “L” charms on it as her baby girl rests on her chest — the second “L” referring to the baby boy (Leo) she lost in 2024.
“The necklace. Just another stranger on the internet but I love this so much for y’all and I’m excited to be here for the next chapter!” author Kandi Steiner wrote in a comment under the post.
Other photos showed the new mom and dad cradling their little one — and even a photo of their dog greeting the newest member of the family.

Lucy, the English form of Lucia, is believed to derive from the Latin word lux, meaning “light,” per Behind the Name.
It was a top-100 girl’s name in the early 1900s before nearly falling out of the top-500 towards the end of the century, according to the Social Security Administration.
Lucy has since made a comeback and re-entered the top-100 in 2010. It most recently peaked at 34th on the SSA’s list of most popular girl’s names in 2024 — an all-time high for Lucy.
Alexandra Madison and Jon Bouffard experienced pregnancy loss in 2024
Baby Lucy’s arrival comes more than a year after the couple experienced pregnancy loss.
Madison and Bouffard first announced their pregnancy in March 2024, according to People. At the time, Bouffard said that he was “completely shocked and immediately thrilled” at the news.
"I had imagined how that moment could feel so many times before, but nothing can prepare you for the emotion of knowing you have a baby on the way and life is about to change,” Madison added.
Three months later, the couple announced the devastating news that their baby boy had passed away.
“There are no words that can truly capture the depth of this pain. Nothing can prepare you for this. Our hearts will never be the same,” they wrote in a June 2024 Instagram post.
The couple also revealed the baby boy’s name — including a familiar middle name.
“I had the privilege of carrying you for 26 weeks, and we will carry you in our hearts for a lifetime. Until we meet again, Leo Grey,” they added in the caption.
The pregnancy loss means their baby girl is considered a rainbow baby.
According to the American Pregnancy Association, a rainbow baby is “a healthy baby born after losing a baby due to miscarriage, infant loss, stillbirth, or neonatal death.”
In July, after announcing their second pregnancy, Madison opened up about the fear of trying again.
"After you've experienced loss, the second time you see a positive pregnancy test, you are kind of struck with a wave of fear and unknown because it didn't work out the first time,” she told People at the time.
“So why would I think that it's going to work out this time?" she added.
