Fans of “Boy Meets World” couldn’t help but reference Ben Savage’s iconic role in the comment section of his recent baby update.
Hannah Ann Sluss has officially skipped to the good part.
The 29-year-old reality star, who rose to fame as the winner of season 24 of The Bachelor in 2020, took to her Instagram Stories on Nov. 24 to announce the arrival of her first baby with husband Jake Funk.
“Peace before the push,” she wrote alongside a photo of her sitting upright in a hospital bed with her hand over her baby bump.
“We’ve spent the last few days at home soaking in newborn heaven. I’ll share more soon,” she added in a second Story alongside a photo of her dog wearing a bandana that read, “Big Brother.”

Hannah Ann Sluss’ baby news comes two weeks after she posted a video of herself doing a social media trend where she lip syncs, “Can we skip to the good part?” before placing her hand over the camera.
When she pulls her hand away from the camera, her baby bump is still bumping.
“It doesn’t really work that way,” a voice says in the background.
“What do you mean? I did the thing with the hand,” Sluss jokes.
“That moment when it hits you… I actually have to give birth to this baby,” she added in the caption. “Drop your positive stories below. I want to soak up all the good energy!”

Sluss has yet to reveal the baby’s birth date, gender or name, but she’s expected to share more soon.
Hannah Ann Sluss wants the baby’s name to be tied to family
Hannah Ann Sluss and Jake Funk, who last played for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2024, started dating in late 2021 or early 2022, according to Us Weekly.
They went public with their relationship in February 2022 and made their red carpet debut at the 2022 ESPYs.
They welcomed a Bernedoodle named Dash into the family in August 2022, announced their engagement in January 2023 and tied the knot in Italy at a castle in Tuscany in June 2024.
The pregnancy reveal followed one year later on June 22.
“Each day growing you is a blessing,” Sluss wrote in the Instagram caption. “God’s plan is more perfect than we ever imagined. We know God is in this story, and we can’t wait to meet you.”
In an interview with People, published that same day, Sluss opened up about her plans for the baby.
"We've started talking names and love the idea of choosing one that's meaningful and tied to family in some way," she told the outlet.
Sluss went on to say that the couple are “so thankful” for this new chapter in their lives.
