The “Duck Dynasty” family is growing again — not by one, but by two!
On Oct. 3, Mary Kate Robertson (the wife of Willie and Korie Robertson’s eldest son John Luke Robertson) took to Instagram to share that the beloved “Duck Dynasty” couple are expecting baby twins.
That’s right — John Luke and Mary Kate Robertson are about to be a family of seven!
“Absolutely thrilled to tell y’all we are welcoming TWINS to our family early next year!!!” she wrote in the caption. “The most wonderful, crazy surprise blessing of our lives ha! Two new little Robertson girls!”
The couple, who tied the knot in 2015, according to Taste of Country, already share three kids together — sons John, 6, and Wells, 2, and daughter Ella, 4.
In the black-and-white announcement photo, Mary Kate has her hand on her baby bump while holding Wells by the hip. Ella is on John Luke’s shoulders and John is holding the ultrasound photos.
John Luke’s mom Korie Robertson also took to Instagram to share the exciting news.
“Big news! We have TWO more little miracles on the way!!” Korie wrote in the caption. “Our hearts are so full!!! John Luke and Mary Kate, Shep, Ella and Wells, you’ve got this.”

“I am so proud of your little growing family and can’t wait to be a twin Kmama,” she added.
According to the third slide of Korie’s post, John Luke and Mary Kate’s pregnancy announcement photos were taken during a birthday celebration for Wells, who turned two years old on Sept. 12.
Korie further acknowledged that the twins will mark her and Willie’s 10th and 11th grandchildren.

As usual, John Luke’s family was quick to congratulate the couple on their “wonderful, crazy surprise.”
“CAN’T WAITTTTTTT!!!!!! Kits besties,” John Luke’s younger sister Sadie Robertson, who welcomed her third child (daughter Kit) with Christian Huff on Aug. 1, wrote in the comment section.
Sadie and Christian also share daughters Haven Belle, 2, and Honey James, 3, according to People.
“Soooo excited. So much love!! You are going to be the best twin mom!” Korie added in a comment of her own.
“I'm SO pumped for these little girls to be here,” wrote John Luke’s sister-in-law Abby Kay Robertson, who is married to Willie and Korie’s fifth child Will Robertson Jr..
John Luke’s aunt Brighton Robertson, who is married to Willie’s brother Jase Robertson, and Cheri Huff — Christian’s mom and Sadie’s mother-in-law — also shared their excitement in the comment section.
Willie and Korie Robertson share three biological children together — John Luke, 29, Sadie, 28, and Bella, 23 — while Will Jr., 23, and their youngest son, Rowdy, 22, were adopted, according to People.
They also consider Rebecca Robertson, 36, their daughter, though she was never formally adopted.
Rebecca was the first to make Willie and Korie grandparents. She shares three kids (sons Zane, born in 2019, and Xander, born in 2024, and daughter Holland, born in 2021) with husband John Reed Loflin.
