"I'm thankful to be able to have three and be the best dad that I can be. It's the best title you have in this life.”
Kourtney Kardashian is trusting her motherly instincts with her 18-month-old son.
The 46-year-old reality TV star, who already shares three children — Mason, 15, Penelope, 12, and Reign, 10 — with her ex Scott Disick, gave birth to her fourth child, son Rocky, in November 2023.
Rocky is her first child with husband Travis Barker, whom she has been married to since 2022.

On May 21, Kourtney Kardashian appeared on her younger sister Khloé Kardashian’s “Khloé In Wonder Land” podcast to talk about how her parenting style has changed (and how it hasn’t) through the years.
As she admits, the “Kardashians” star is still very much on-board with attachment style parenting.
“I’ve always shared a bed with the other kids,” the Poosh founder explained, per E! News, before admitting that she took it one step further with her 18-month-old.
“But we share a room with Rocky,” she revealed on the podcast.
As for why, Kourtney Kardashian says it’s what her motherly instincts tell her to do.
“I think it’s really not separating for as much as possible in the first definitely three years,” she explained, adding that it “really helps nurture their attachment — secure attachment.”
“It’s kind of just what my instincts — I lean towards,” she continued. “It’s what they tell me to do, I feel like. Just my motherly instincts. Mother knows best.”
According to her, that sometimes means holding her 23-pound son in her arms for five hours straight.
“With attachment-style parenting, I hold him for his naps the whole time,” she admits, adding that she’ll sit in a chair in their room with a breastfeeding pillow and a radiation blanket to protect Rocky from EMFs.
“That’s crazy to me,” Khloé Kardashian said of her sister. “Because he's also not a light baby.”
Kourtney Kardashian says yes to homeschooling, no to medicine

Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian don’t agree on everything, but they agreed on one parenting philosophy.
While detailing her mantra of “living authentically” and “not conforming” to parenting norms, Kourtney Kardashian slammed the modern school system and questioned the need for traditional education.
“Like, let’s say the school system. I’ll think, ‘Why do kids f–king go to school?’ Truly. It’s so dated," Kourtney Kardashian said, per People, to which her sister agreed.
"Oh, I’m such a homeschool person, so don’t even get me going,” Khloé Kardashian quipped.
Adding to her non-conformist lifestyle, Kourtney Kardashian also admitted to avoiding medicine when her kids get sick.
“I will nurse the fever of my kids versus giving Tylenol or Ibuprofen,” she revealed in the podcast, per Today, adding that she loves to “go against the grain.”
But Kourtney Kardashian does see one major difference between her and her sister’s parenting philosophy: and it has to do with staying on a schedule.
“You are very scheduled and planned out throughout the whole day,” Kourtney Kardashian says of her younger sister.
“We have a general time. Definitely as babies, we had no schedule. Rocky doesn’t really have a schedule,” she explains.

In addition to her three kids with Disick and one child with Barker, Kourtney Kardashian is also a stepmom to Barker’s three kids — Landon, 21, Alabama, 19, and Atiana, 2 — with his ex Shanna Moakler.
