It was a big day for Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen, despite being apart from each other.

Alex and Jon Bouffard are a film-making husband and wife duo who have becoming very well known on social media for their skits about married life.
In 2024, the couple announced they were expecting their first child together and began making relatable skits about becoming first-time parents. But in June 2024, Alex and Jon shared they lost their son, Leo Grey, at 26 weeks pregnant.
“There are no words that can truly capture the depth of this pain,” the couple wrote at the time. “Nothing can prepare you for this. Our hearts will never be the same.”
“I had the privilege of carrying you for 26 weeks,” their statement continued, “and we will carry you in our hearts for a lifetime. Until we meet again, Leo Grey.”
Now the couple has garnered attention with how they’ve shared their grief journey with the public and the relatable skits that they have created for social media.
Most recently, Alex and Jon went viral with a video showing how different it is to be pregnant following loss.
“Oh, wow, positive, I can't wait to share the news about this baby that we're definitely, absolutely, 100%, are gonna have,” Alex says while reenacting their reaction to pregnancy before their loss. “Our lives are changed forever,” Jon adds as the video transition to present day showing their reaction to pregnancy after loss.
“Positive,” Jon says, as Alex simply adds, “Kay,” before they turn away from the pregnancy test.
“I'm so glad we got this nursery ready. We are so prepared. Our kid’s gonna love it,” they said of how they first felt about the nursery before experiencing loss. After loss? “Do you think we should start buying things? Hmm, nah,” Jon and Alex admit.

“Nursery? We’ll cross that bridge when the kid is in kindergarten,” they captioned the video.
And those in the comments who have also experienced pregnancy loss agreed that they “laugh so we don’t cry.”
“Hate that I relate to this, hate that you had to experience this type of loss, but thank you for being open and honest about it,” another commenter wrote. “Congratulations!”
“As a loss mom with a rainbow baby I appreciate this so much,” shared another.
In June, Alex and Jon announced that they are expecting again. “Following the loss of Leo, the thought of being pregnant again terrified me- and if I’m honest, it still does. After a late term loss, you become painfully aware that announcements at any stage are scary. There is no safe zone.”
“Thank you all, from the bottom of our hearts, for your continued love and support over this past year and a half,” they continued. “We carry it with us every day. We see you, we love you, and we’re looking forward to breathing a sigh of relief this September.”
