“It wasn’t until I hit 40 that I wanted a baby and all of a sudden I really wanted one.”
Jack Osbourne is adding to his family’s legacy five months after his dad’s death.
The 40-year-old “I'm a Celebrity” star and youngest child of Ozzy Osbourne, is three months away from welcoming his second child with wife Aree Gearhart — and fifth child overall.
“Oops I did it again!” Jack Osbourne’s wife wrote in a Dec. 6 Instagram post that shows him placing a hand on her baby bump.
Jack first revealed the news in an interview with “The Sun,” published Dec. 6.

According to the outlet, Gearhart is currently 28 weeks pregnant — and Jack’s father, who died of a heart attack on July 22, was notified of the incoming baby prior to his death.
“I think it’s been partly a healthy distraction, partly healing – probably in that kind of ‘full cycle’ category, in a weird way,” Jack told “The Sun” of how the baby news is helping him cope with his father’s death.
“It’s very much taken energy out of the grieving side of things and parked in a bit more hopefulness,” he added.
Jack went on to say that the pregnancy has been “easy” for him thus far — but “a lot harder” for his wife.
“We’re super-excited. It was sort of planned, I should say. It was maybe a little earlier than expected,” he said. “It’s definitely something that we were wanting to pursue and somehow it happened, miraculously.”
Jack Osbourne and Aree Gearhart went public with their relationship in 2019, according to People.
The couple got engaged in 2021, welcomed their first child — a daughter named Maple Artemis — in 2022 and secretly wed in September 2023, per the outlet.
Jack also shares three daughters — Pearl Clementine, 13, Andy Rose, 10, and Minnie Theodora, 7 — with his first wife Lisa Stelly, who he finalized his divorce with in 2019, according to People.

Jack Osbourne’s baby news comes less than five months after his father died of a heart attack.
The heavy metal singer and co-founder of Black Sabbath, who was nicknamed the “Prince of Darkness,” was survived by his wife, Sharon Osbourne, his six children and 10 grandchildren at the time of his death.

In addition to Jack, Ozzy welcomed two daughters with Sharon — Aimee, 42, and Kelly, 41 — and two kids — daughter Jessica and son Louis — with his first wife Thelma Riley, according to People.
Ozzy also adopted Riley’s son, Elliot, after the former couple tied the knot in 1971.
The “Crazy Train” singer first became a grandfather when Jessica welcomed her first child — a daughter named Isabelle — in 2002. She also has a daughter named Kitty and a son named Harry, per People.
Louis and his wife, Louise, added two children of their own, including daughter Maia, born in 2006, and son Elijah, born in 2008.
Jack’s older sister Kelly welcomed her first and only child — son Sidney — with Slipknot DJ Sid Wilson in November 2022. The couple announced their engagement in July, just a few weeks before Ozzy’s death.
Jack’s four (and soon-to-be five) kids round out the rock legend’s 11 grandkids.
