By Nov. 1, most parents are already trying to figure out what to do with leftover Halloween candy.
Parents are being urged to return a popular wagon stroller sold at Costco due to safety concerns.
The Costco Pack-N-Stroll Premium Folding Utility Wagon has been recalled due to a fall and entrapment hazard that violates the mandatory standard for strollers and puts children at risk of injury or death.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced the recall on Oct. 23.
The kids’ wagon “violates the mandatory standard for strollers because an opening between the organizational tray and the sidewall may cause a child’s head to become entrapped,” per the CPSC.

The recall affects roughly 530 stroller wagons sold at Costco and cohooutdoors.com between June and July.
Parents who purchased the stroller wagon are being urged to stop using it immediately and return it to Costco for a full refund.
No incidents or injuries have been reported at this time, according to the CPSC.

For questions or inquiries, parents can contact Olympia Tools — the manufacturer of the Costco wagon — via email at info@olympiatools.com or online by clicking here.
They can also be reached toll-free at 877-461-8665 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. PT Monday through Friday.
The recall comes one week after the CPSC issued a product warning for two similar-looking infant walkers sold on Amazon over the past few months.
While no remedy exists at this time, the CPSC urged parents to stop using more than 1,240 TreeCute Infant Walkers and 2,800 HolyBase Infant Walkers sold between May and September.
“The infant walkers can fit through a standard doorway and fail to stop at the edge of a step and have leg openings that allow the child to slip down until the child's head can become entrapped,” the CPSC warns.

Instead of selling or repurposing the walkers, parents should dispose of the items immediately.
