“I’ve already played with my kid all day by the time we’re at the park.”
Kylie Kelce doesn’t care what you think about what she packs in her kids’ lunchbox.
The 33-year-old mom of four took to her “Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce” podcast on Sept. 25 to share that she initially felt an “immense pressure” when packing her kids lunch for the first time.
But that pressure didn’t last long — and she doesn’t mind if other parents judge her for it.
“I thought, am I gonna get judged for not packing a nutritious lunch?” she said at the beginning of the episode.
“But the number of times that lunchbox came back with a decent amount of food in it, I've succumbed to the idea that I should pack things that are healthy, but I know they won't eat,” she added.
“So yeah, judge away,” she concluded.
The podcaster shares four daughters — Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finnley, born in March — with husband Jason Kelce, whom she has been married to since 2018, according to TODAY.
And she’s certainly not alone with her lunchbox-packing mindset.
Jessica D’Argenio Waller, the Editorial Director for Motherly and a board-certified clinical nutritionist, says she focuses on filling her kids’ lunchbox with things they’ll actually eat — not what she hopes they’ll eat.

“All I’m aiming for? To strike the just-right balance between foods they love (mostly snacks) and foods I’d like them to love (lentils), all while minimizing food waste,” she wrote in an article published on Motherly.
“It’s the mix of the familiar and less-familiar that’s most important to me; while at the same time empowering them with choice, too,” she added.
Caroline Chambers, the author of “What To Cook When You Don't Feel Like Cooking,” follows a similar guideline with her kids lunchbox ideas.
Her formula, as laid out in a Substack post, is as follows: a protein and fat + a grain + a fruit + a veggie + a crunchy, snacky thing + something sweet.
Kylie Kelce shares the fall foods (and activities) she loves most
Kylie Kelce regularly goes viral for her relatable takes on parenting and stories she shares about her daughters — with her lunchbox confession being the latest.
During the Sept. 18 episode of her podcast, she hilariously recalled the moment her eldest daughter said her first grown up word — and how bothered, yet proud she felt as a mom in that moment.
Several days later, she opened up about the many struggles that come when traveling with kids — and how bringing her daughters to a friend’s house who doesn’t have kids makes her “itch.”
And while Kelce doesn’t consider herself a “fall girly” and isn’t a fan of pumpkin spice, she does enjoy a few fall activities with the kids.
“I love apple picking,” she said on the Sept. 18 episode. “I love it. I’m going to do it. And you know what we’re going to do after we fill up our boxes and buckets? We’re going straight to the pumpkin patch.”
She’s also a big fan of fresh caramel apples, apple Dutch crumb (over the traditional apple pie) and apple cider donuts — though she doesn’t care for apple cider “straight up.”
