The “All About That Bass” singer already shares two sons — Riley, 4, and Barry, 2 — with Sabara.
Actor Ioan Gruffudd and wife Bianca Wallace are officially parents.
Wallace took to Instagram on Nov. 27 to share a Thanksgiving surprise with her fans and followers after giving birth to her first child — a baby girl — with Gruffudd seven months after the couple tied the knot.
“November was a biggie,” she wrote in the caption of her post, which included photos of a “preemie” onesie and a pacifier sitting in a hospital bassinet.
“Completely and totally in love with our tiny little angel,” she added in the caption. “Extremely grateful this Thanksgiving.”

In the post, Wallace confirmed that the baby’s name is Mila Mae and she was born on Nov. 2 — one month before her original due date, Dec. 2.
She further confirmed in a comment that the baby’s name is pronounced MEE-la.
Mila, the 33rd most popular girl’s name in 2024, per the Social Security Administration, derives from the Slavic word milŭ, meaning “gracious” or “dear,” according to Behind the Name.
“You can thank Daddy Gruffudd for the name,” Ioan Gruffudd’s wife added in the comment. “We love it so much too!!”
Wallace also shared a photo of a decorative keepsake that read “Babi Newydd” and “Gyda Chariad,” meaning “new baby” and “with love” in Welsh, respectively.
Gruffudd is a Welsh actor who was born in Aberdare, Wales.

Fans and followers were quick to share their excitement for the baby’s arrival in the comment section — and Wallace was busy with her replies.
“Lots of support, but also the best husband and daddy ever + a literal dream baby… So far it’s been a very smooth and easy ride,” she wrote to a fan’s congratulatory comment.
“Oh I’ve heard such great things about these early November honeys,” she added in a separate comment about how “early November is the best” time to have a baby.

Wallace also shared a photo of her baby’s umbilical cord keepsake from Mommy Made Encapsulation.
The company, owned by Juliane Corona, preserves the baby’s umbilical cord by dehydrating it in the shape of a heart and dipping it in gold chrome to create a unique pendant that moms can keep forever.
Wallace also had her placenta and umbilical cord dyed and stamped onto a poster, per the photos.

Mommy Made Encapsulation went viral two weeks ago for doing the same thing for Cardi B, who welcomed her first child with NFL player Stefon Diggs on Nov. 4.
Megan Fox, Vanessa Hudgens, Allison Kuch, Kristen Doute and Liane V Benjamin have also had their umbilical cord preserved through Mommy Made Encapsulation.
Wallace, who voices Kanga in “A Winnie-the-Pooh Christmas,” and Gruffudd, best known for his roles in “Titanic” and “Fantastic Four,” confirmed their relationship in October 2021.
