Actress Sarah Snook has seemingly revealed that Kieran Culkin and his wife Jazz Charton have already welcomed their third baby.
Lizzie Kieffer is soaking it all in after welcoming baby No. 3.
The social media influencer, who works as a physical therapist in Missouri, took to her Instagram Stories on Sept. 14 to announce the birth of her baby girl, whom she shares with her husband Matt.
“Hello World,” she wrote alongside a photo of her little one wrapped in a blanket, per People.
Kieffer returned to Instagram two days later to share more details about the birth and what their baby — Isla Grace — means to their family just five months after losing their one-year-old daughter Lily.
“God knew we needed you,” she wrote in the caption.
“Isla, you are the peace, the joy, the evidence of God’s grace, the link of heaven and earth. Lily guided you here, it was completely evident,” she continued.
“And there’s so much that words can’t even express at this time of the emotions we felt and that we do feel,” she added.
Kieffer revealed her third pregnancy in a March Instagram post. One month later, she announced that her second-born daughter had died.
“We are shattered,” she wrote in an April 26 Instagram post. “Wednesday we woke up to a nightmare that we never could have ever imagined becoming our reality. Our Lily passed away.”

The couple had “come to learn that Lily had a large mass on her brain,” despite never showing any signs or symptoms leading up to her death — which came roughly one week after celebrating her first birthday.
“You taught us more in 1 year than most can in their life, Lily,” Kieffer wrote in the caption. “We feel you with us. And we feel your spirit already in this new baby.”
“You will always, always be a part of us and although the hole will never be filled, speaking your name will sing through our days bringing joy into the moments,” she added at the time.

Kieffer has built quite the following on social media through her work as a physical therapist.
The influencer boasts more than 364,000 followers on Instagram and another 6,000 followers on TikTok, where she shares tips and tricks for expecting mothers throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
But now that Lizzie Kieffer’s baby is here, the spotlight is on mama and her recovery.
In her Sept. 16 Instagram post, Kieffer revealed that baby Isla weighed 8lb. 3oz. at the time of her birth on Sept. 13, adding that she “took her sweet time and then had quite the finale.”
More recently, on Sept. 17, she shared more details about the birth in a video on her Instagram Stories.
“We are doing really good. Just soaking things in,” she said at the beginning of the video.
She went on to explain that she has a lactation consultant coming to her house to help her with latching while breastfeeding — which she says has been different for each of her three babies.
Kieffer said her firstborn daughter Mia was a “super super struggle with breastfeeding,” while her late daughter Lily was “a BREEZE” — adding that breastfeeding Lily “went extremely smooth” from the start.
As for Lizzie Kieffer’s daughter Isla, she described breastfeeding in one word, “ouch.”
“Nursing is a little bit of a struggle this time,” she said in the video. “It’s pretty uncomfortable, so we’re have (the consultation) come to check things out and see what’s going on.”
Otherwise, the new mom said the family is doing good now that the newborn baby is here.
“Soaking in these sweet days and going day by day. Thankfully feeling great and continuing to rest and go slow, mostly lounging on the couch. I have to remember I’m still only 4 days (postpartum),” she added.
In her Sept. 16 post, Kieffer wrote that her older daughter Mia is “obsessed with her Isla Grace.”

“We all are. And we know our Lily had a lot to do with how she showed up. Gosh, we miss you Lily, but we know without a doubt you’re right here with us in this celebration too,” she added.
